    Ecommerce Profit Margins?

I earn about 30%- 50% net margin on each of my products and just cleared a 45k month. I do no advertising as it's a well known product. Been doing it for more than 6 years now. I'm at my limit for fulfillment so I need to operationalize before exploring how to expand my sales. So the margin is...

Thank you. If you could think of a book for evaluating general business, that would be very handy. Would love to know more about the topic. Haven't found a lot on the topic through my own searches.

How did u find your calling, Andy? How did u know u wanted to be the AdWords guy? I'm at a crossroads now where lots of my friends know me as the guy who has a business on the side. And the guy who negotiates. The guy who invests. How did u decide which guy u want to be?

How to use forums (and Facebook groups)

    HOT! MARKETING
I think Facebook groups vs Forums is like radio vs podcasts. I forgot which book. But MJ talks about how he prefers podcasts because they are permanent. I love this forum . Every single question I have has interesting answers. I always Google my question + fastlane forums these days. So if u...

What is the best Skill to have to get Rich?

    HOT!
Leaders revolve around influence and inspiration. People follow leaders because in leaders, they see a goal that is greater than themselves. There are some very smart people who work with Elon Musk. They are always impressed with his work ethic and depth of knowledge. Technical people are the...

    Earning $2,000,000 a day. Fastlane?

    HOT!
If we are doing the AA thing, then me too! Sad to say but I was also a gaming addict for a long time :) I got hooked on mobile games but never racked up the same debt as some pp. I’ve got friends who are 6 figures into mobile game loot boxes. Sad to say but a lot of mobile game developers...

    IDEA
A lot of these companies could be localised if it’s not available in ur country right now. I know there are lots of non US / Europe folk here. When e-commerce is not fastlane?: E-commerce in-bounding and fulfillment

Yup. It's small quantities of many different kinds of items. Sizes range from wallets to backpacks. I've got about a 100 SKUs. Thanks, I think 2, 4, 5a are something I could look at improving. Thanks for the ideas! Would you know where can I find a good VA?

TMF pushed me to start my own lingerie brand

    INTRO
I don’t think you have to learn and do everything yourself. There’s some avenues you can explore. I’m thinking of this as a product business. First thing is to get a prototype made. You can explore a tailor / seamstress and explain to them what you need. Another avenue to get your prototype...

Would starting a business with a van be a fastlane business?

I think any business can be fast lane through using the concepts in the book like intentional iteration. Hardly any business is “fast lane” at the start. It’s a process. However, I don’t hear a business here, just about a van. Certainly a van is an asset. Depending on how you use it. But I’m...

When e-commerce is not fastlane?: E-commerce in-bounding and fulfillment

Wow, this sounds horrible! Thankfully, the online retailer I am using has a list of 3PL that integrates with them. Going to start from there. But it’s at @biophase said, I doubt they could figure out what each box of inventory is and how to repack them for me. I’ll see how far they can go...

When e-commerce is not fastlane?: E-commerce in-bounding and fulfillment

Hmm.. thanks for the advice. That is an avenue that I'm willing to explore as well. My main concern is an employee is going to be very bored with a mundane job like going through inventory. There is nothing special about uploading on the retailer. All of these products exist elsewhere and it's...

When e-commerce is not fastlane?: E-commerce in-bounding and fulfillment

By itself, probably not. I do get spikes of activity though. Add the inbounding process. Having to go through boxes of inventory, checking them and uploading them on the retailer. I still have a lot of inventory boxed up that I haven’t been uploading. Is there a minimum threshold I should look...

When e-commerce is not fastlane?: E-commerce in-bounding and fulfillment

It’s a bit uneven. I get days of 5, days of 40. I would say on average about 10 a day. It slows when I don’t inbound the stock. And I haven’t been able to keep up recently.

The 4 Hour Work Week Vs. Millionaire Fastlane

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Read both. I do think 4HWW panders to a crowd that craves the “system”. These are the type of pp who are more likely to love mlm, franchises, get rich scheme etc. They want you to give them the whole she bang so you can get “passive income” quickly. It sells these people a dream and Tim is a...
