There's account ban services on some social media forums I'm on. Uses a bot to spam reports and the account ends up being banned or uses a Facebook's Employee Influence to do it. I'll see how much it costs for that account. He'll likely just make another impersonation account though. I'll try to...

Awesome thread. I've learned the same things from Ayn Rand books. Atlas Shrugged & The Fountainhead are based off this philosophy pretty much. Objectivism is what she calls it.

Good post 1000%. Deserves its own thread. It only takes one or two times to get that confirmation bias going and you sure do see that from a lot of successful people. Being successful in one niche of life (fitness, business, girls) does not mean your opinions are correct in other areas of life...

Guru advertising and branding makes me have no interest whatsoever clicking this video. I'm not saying he's a guru or anything just how I've been influenced now. Now if it was a caption on a offline business growing to multiple locations, I would click it.

Can not relate to wood chips being in high demand. Us Tree Service's are always looking to get rid of our wood chips for free. Our industries current solution? A company called Chipdrop. Where sometimes you have to pay to dump the woodchips.

It's interesting to me how a value skew can fade with time and turn into a negative skew. There's a lot of convenience stores near me just the same as a 7/11 convenience store but all called Smoker Friendly. I'm sure back then they had a bigger skew selling tobacco related products but now who...

Interesting idea. Lack of diversity? The solo teacher won't be extremely proficient in every topic. Although they could be passionate which could be more beneficial.

As a service business your #1 priority should be sales. 2 customers from 27 leads? That's good. What would be the #1 way for people looking for a property management company to find you? I'd think probably the internet or referrals. If like you say there is black sheep, then you can have a...

I can't remember if it was a quote or something that someone posted here but it went "I've never given a raise to somebody who's never asked for it." Not that I think it's good but people still play by those rules sometimes.
