How to find US mid-size companies

This is correct, on the other hand - with a PPA you are giving yourself a year to prove the commercial viability of your innovation. so, the scenario is - "hey, great idea! instead of paying this guy $0.04 per container, we'll just go around his neat idea and make it a bit different" No way! It's so not worth it to them - to chance having the internet plastered with copies of your email to them and pictures comparing and...

How to find US mid-size companies

You made a big mistake by filing before getting your next steps together. The clock is ticking. Go to the retail outlets that sell your product/similar ones and research there. Amazon, BB&B, whatever major chain your niche is found in.

I want to license my product, but I would like to protect it

if you read Stephen's book - reread it. He's pretty clear that companies don't rip you off - it's just not worth it. Of course they say they may be working on the idea - because it's true! But - you have two choices: keep it a secret or take the business risk of getting it in front of a...

    IDEA

    GOLD! MINDSET
Great thread, and thanks to @WorriedDad for starting this. I'm a father to a large brood, and I relate to much of what has been said here, from sons & fathers. I found it very poignant, those who have not had the opportunity for a warm relationship with their father. You seem to have good...

    EXECUTION
I'll find this out at some point - I'm really curious about it. Life tends toward the 80/20 rule, after all. An anecdote: I started on my first project, then had to take a 6 week hiatus. Then I reengaged and started having regular meetings with the inventright team. One of them said "You'll...

The Process of Creating A Real Product

    HOT!
Stephen Key has a book on this, in addition to his one on Licensing. I think it's called One Simple Idea for Entrepreneurs. I liked his more than most others I've read, including Lori's.
