    This is not a either-or situation. Build them simultaneously or decide which is has more priority and divide time and efforts adequately. Don't throw ideas out - if you need, postpone them.

    I would advise to not use groupon. Looking back the scheme that groupon offered was just a hot air that sounded reasonable and was totally not verified. People who came with groupons to businesses didn't come back for more services.

    We sit in central bankers pockets. They want to unpower US? They do so. Its much better for them to have 5 equally weak countries at the top than 1 strong and 4 weak ones. Exchange 3/4th of your dollars to yen, yuan and euro.

    I'm worried about the real estate market right now

    It indeed might end up like this. People will stop receiving stimulus checks and overall happiness from helicopter money will end. The only difference i spot now is a few trillion dollars printed and injected into economy, making higher house prices less higher in reality (purchasing power).
