MJ's books are so hard to read as a foreigner because of the informal tone of his sentences.

    OFF-TOPIC
Stick to English forums (not just FLF but any kind). People mostly talk in "spoken" English there. Its easier to look up words with computer/phone than from physical book. Good luck!

Blockchain Dev a good idea for a complete beginner?

    IDEA
First, its a job. Second, to turn it into business you need product (or service). Third, blockchain can be fad and fizzle out. If you want learning experience, go ahead. Programming blockchains will teach you also to program other stuff. While learning focus on the second one from above three.

People also do lose money by speculating. You might try to rise money from public (look up "equity crowdfunding") or find someone who will invest in you.

    How to read book fast?

    HOT! MINDSET
Skim. There's no need to read all of what's being said and actually most is just a fluff. Actually, there were scientific researches on how fastest readers "read". And the answer is, they actually don't. They pick up words from the page and ,presumably, figure out the rest to create meaning.

    REAL ESTATE
Find out if they get more properties or they got 3-4 and that's enough for them. If they sit on 3 properties for 10 years then they'll probably stick to them for another 10.

Manjo Nair = having money doesn't help if you're dead Another business. 14million users, assume $14 per month, $168 ARPU. $12B/(14m*$168)= x5.1 So five time yearly revenue. Without profits that doesn't say much. Might be overpriced, might be competitive buy out.

Things worth $100 million where profit guaranteed is at least $1 million immediately?

    HOT!
Thing is that that's actually the problem. If one would have this kind of option he would be flocked by investors or private banking employees. Opportunity for quick and legal gains don't come very often. Lack of capital is most of the time secondary.

I just watched Grammarly ad. Part of it is about guy who wants to become a teacher. He has a problem finding words for his thesis. "Being a teacher", "not able to find words". It's seems like they're poking fun of teachers.

It seems that here are two camps but i write to both: What i think OP is doing is aiming for low hanging fruits. Cases that are easy (are there easy cases?) that might be somehow automated/optimized. The risk is that he will get into cases that will ruin him. The promised reward is that he...

Not to sound like a parent but what OP should say is: " I know a billionaire. He is open to do deals in $100m range. If the deal will come through i will get a fee as a middle man. "

Java or Kotlin for native android app?

Business-wise its least important choice. Your users won't tell the difference. If you plan on having a job, Java will give you more options. If you plan on being professional programmer, learn both. Most used languages don't differ that much and once you learn one its easy to grasp concepts...
