former student of the foundation(dane maxwell) willing to answer questions

    NOTABLE!
Gregh and others here who have taken the class; in Danes thread he mentions a money back guarantee if you don't leave with a working business. I wonder why did you not get a refund for the given service if you were not satisfied and left unsuccessfull?

Narrowed it down to two ideas

    IDEA
Number 1 easy. If this was near me I would jump at the chance to use your service. I would look at Amazon Prime as a model in that Amazon is so generous with product returns and is so doggedly pro customer that it is a no brainer to order from Amazon. You should look to price in generous...

What happens when no one wants your leads?

Throttleforward A lot of property managers/marketing directors have no incentive to use your service as the people you are talking to may not be the actual business owner. They may just be managing the accounts. I wonder if a part of their reluctance to move forward is partly do to fear that...

What happens when no one wants your leads?

Having that many people jumping to rent may indicate a hot market for the property owner. What are the vacancy rates? If these property managers already have plenty of leads they won't need you. I would call them again only this time pose as a potential property owner. Ask what the vacancy...

I am location agnostic. Any place works for me. How does San Marcos sound? Judging from some of the replies I think that will be as centrally located as we can get.

Hey guys. This time of the year Stone may not be the best venue. They are generally super busy and if that day falls on an event we may not be able to accomodate everyone. Just a question. What is the main criteria in selecting a venue for a meet up? Judging from the last meet up I don't think...

The death of the nuclear family

    HOT! PEOPLE
Chicken hawk. This is because men in blue states have been supplanted by government programs like the welfare state. Women in these states have less of a need for men in traditional roles so they don't look for these traits in men. This can work out just fine for blue state women just as long...
