Is it possible to migrate to a new country while building your Fastlane dreams?

Usually sponsorship of employment visas require a labor certification stating that there was no suitable candidate already in the country. In the US, the only way you can self sponsor for a non-immigrant work visa is to invest $100k+ in your own business and it has to be making good money within...

Online Diary (accountability post) learning to build an app

If you've got the cash to invest, I definitely would. Basically you can rent a server from a company that actually functions like a normal computer that you can remotely access. You then run android studio on the remote sever. I totally agree, though, if you can afford it, make the upgrade.

Android studio is a pretty heavy piece of software, especially when compiling. Have you considered renting a virtual 'development' computer. A windows based VPS might not be a bad shout assuming that your laptop could maintain a reliable remote connection without slowing down.

    I've Read The Millionaire Fastlane!

    GOLD! HOT!
Even with slow COVID shipping, Amazon finally delivered this and I've now read it. Definately did not let me down. Unscripted arrived before TMF but I wanted to wait until after I've read TMF so that's my next project.

Online Diary (accountability post) learning to build an app

Sounds great! The best piece of advice that I ever received in terms of market validation was from the director of a startup incubator in the UK. He said whatever your product is, go and ask people what they want, what their pain points are and whether your product would help. For some products...

    HOT! MINDSET
I was only thinking about starting something like this a few days ago. I'm 16 and just crossed 1 million revenue for my new fastlane business as I'm currently selling my 'slowlane' business. Discord works for me or whatever anybody wants tbh.

Online Diary (accountability post) learning to build an app

Getting started is great and we're all about execution obviously. Have you done much market validation yet? How often are you planning on updating this thread? I usually find having a set update schedule increases accountability.

Fear of my past associates dragging me down.

    PEOPLE
When people drag you down, or criticize you, or try to make you give up, they are in fact still trying to figure out why they gave up on their dreams themselves. Seeing you succeed rubs salt into their own self-made wounds. Don't take it personally, one of you is retiring early and the other isn't.

Fear of my past associates dragging me down.

    PEOPLE
I know he's not a popular man here but read Grant Cardone's Be Obsessed or Be Average. It made me understand myself better. I've always been 'obsessed' but the book made me really understand that part of me. Talks a lot about naysayers (who can be people who care like family) and haters who...

    How do you get creative?

    MINDSET
1 & 5 are the most valuable for me. 1. Work in different places. Both on an anecdotal and a scientific level, this is a good one. Location has a huge impact on mindset. That's why we're advised not to work in bed as it impacts our ability to sleep. Getting outside and seeing different things...

You're 100% right. I'm recruiting for low-level staff right now and the talent pool is so vast, it's crazy. It's not even like people are taking low pay because they need the job but hate you for exploiting them. They are grateful for it. Will be interesting to see what retention is like but...

    EXECUTION
Very exciting to see. Looks like you've found a pretty good idea. Have you done any direct market validation? I know that when I built my first app/startup, getting on the street and talking to as many people as possible was really helpful. Talk to the trainers, talk to customers. Not only...
