How to Bootstrap 2k Dollars in a Month with Craigslist

Ooooh that makes sense now! I assume you chose to ship the items yourself to avoid a higher fee? In your experience, do you feel one might lose any sales if they were to handle shipping rather than amazon? Amazon is just legendarily fast with shipping. We ordered a movie for my son yesterday...

@LisaK, I appreciate your kind words, and yes - it's something to aspire to. In the future, I hope that I am one of the people that is held in high regard. One day, I will be as knowledgeable and helpful as each of them. Not yet, and that's okay. For now, I'll read and absorb as much value as I...

Wait a second.... They are giving out free ice cream?!?!?! Blasphemy!!!! Seriously though, I've had the same experience in the past, which I STUPIDLY DID NOTHING WITH!!! Imagine the permanent bruises on my forehead! Granted, I wasn't in a position to do anything with the information then, but...

How to Bootstrap 2k Dollars in a Month with Craigslist

I'm very curious - to sell on Amazon, I've heard that you ship the product TO AMAZON, but you shipped to the buyer....I haven't looked yet, but may they have changed their terms?

Struggling to Find Needs ? Try This…

That's an excellent point. Honestly, I thought there would be more to go with in such a specific area. Well, just got home from the day job, on to more research!

@RogueInnovation, I certainly wasn't meaning to be creeper-ish, and to this point, I couldn't ACTUALLY afford to do that anyway lol. It would be pretty cool to have an opportunity like that, but it's highly unrealistic anyway. Thanks for not disregarding my comment and offering a meaningful...

Struggling to Find Needs ? Try This…

My slowlane industry is auto body. There are a few forums and message boards, but most are very slow for the most part. I did use the four top sites to do my diligence. The problem is that the user base is not there, not that the resources are lacking. A lot of what's being asked are specific...

Alright kids, now after some due diligence, it seems that monetization of this might (definitely would) be more difficult than I first thought. Should I scrap it or persevere? After some deep thought and plenty of self evaluation, I realized that I was acting as a hard headed jackass, so my...

Struggling to Find Needs ? Try This…

Well, I spent 5 hours trying this in my current area of expertise, and failure ensued. Wow, my slowlane is even worse than I thought unless I target the supply market. Thanks for the awesome idea @Greystone, but this certainly is not universal.

    OFF-TOPIC
On a rare occasion, I'll grab a cheap R&J, but I'm not an avid smoker. I don't smoke alone, and very few friends enjoy the leaf. I'm sure I'll find more time after I escape the 7a-10p Slowlane life.

@LeftBench, where are you in NJ? There's a cigar lounge in Yardley, Pa. I've never been, but I have heard good things. Plus, there is a lot of money in the area....just saying!

Very nice! Sucks that a high percentage of the people in my industry are dolts and feel the Internet is intended primarily for pornography.
