It's on my to do list, when I have more time on my hand. Want to be there over xmas with a girlfriend, that will come next year. ;) Second that, I like how he presents his progress, be it personal or business wise. Btw your interview is out with the co-founder of RSD, saw it as I'm subscribed...

Love the writing style, reminds me of Altucher. If you need some recommendations for places in Europe, here are some: - South of Italy for beautiful small coast cities and some hiking - Canary Islands for good weather and beaches, you can (kite) surf nearly the whole year. - Lisbon would be the...

If you are looking for cheap flights, there is an Irish Airline called Ryanair, which does mainly flights around Europe. For example you can get from Germany to London for 10€ quite often.

It's a sausage called frikandel, which is here mainly used for hot dogs. If you ever eat one of these, you never want to go back to a "normal" hot dog. One small vegetarian butcher already made a version out of lupines, which is sold in some super markets in a few areas. If you get the texture...

Funny how law of attraction works. I literally watched a video by Owen with Nick for the first time since a few months, right before I went onto this forum and found your thread. :D Thinking already for quite some time about starting some sort of business in the plant-based industry. If you...

Why Facebook is a Joke (And various social media/smartphone insanity)

    NOTABLE! HOT! MARKETING
I would really like to see something like big brother on a bigger scale, but the main concept of the show is anarchy, to be completely self reliant in a small city, but with all the technology etc we currently have. That would be so interesting to me, I think the people that would thrive the...

Making Money For Dummies (And In a Crowded Market)

    GOLD! HOT!
I also asked myself, why no one as of yet has revolutionized the service industry with a product like Uber. They are so many companies in the niche, who already offer quite a lot of technical advances, but all have more of a closed marketplace with inhouse staff, at least from what I have found...

Live Rent Free in Multiple Countries

    NOTABLE! REAL ESTATE
Yeah, for this type of business it would be mostly good to have some local partner in it, who can manage most of the things and expand the business, while you are away. He does it with 2 other business partners and at least one of them is all the time around. They recently bought again 3 new...

Live Rent Free in Multiple Countries

    NOTABLE! REAL ESTATE
Anyone tried already leasing it long term and make the markup on short term renting via AirBnB? In tourist areas you often get quite a good discount when you rent long term and you would still make a hefty % ROI each month and don't have your cash sitting in the property and free to rent a few...

STOP Paying Rent: Live For Free

    GOLD! REAL ESTATE
Searched through my Yt history. Found him finally and it seems he is doing it currently in LA. Thought he lives in Thailand, but that was only his vacation destination. Already asked him on youtube about more in-depth information on how he does it exactly. Hope to get an answer soon. Here is one...

STOP Paying Rent: Live For Free

    GOLD! REAL ESTATE
Yeah in Germany it wouldn't work from what I have seen over the years, but for example the guy who does it, lives in Thailand mainly. So it seems he has no restrictions. I know some guys there, so it wouldn't be that hard to setup something like this, as basically everything is automated. I...

STOP Paying Rent: Live For Free

    GOLD! REAL ESTATE
I recently saw a video on youtube by someone who does that. He hasn't bought the apartments, but rents them himself. Especially in frequent travel areas, when you rent long term, you can get some nice discounts. He is only using AirBnB as a traffic source and has completely automated all the...

    Veganism / Plant-Based Diet

    HEALTH
Thas one of the biggest Problems. MD's need in there 6+ years training around 6h in the field of nutrition for passing it, yep only one day. The reason is, all the big facilities who make up the tests and training for the education are owned by the drug industry. Also pharmaceutical companies...

There is no decrease in performance, also they only say the testosterone level decreased, nothing about a risk or that it was an unhealthy level, especially as this were tests on high performance athletes. I would like to get some constructive questions and shift the conversation to people that...

As most of the studies are only accessable if you pay for them ( 50$+ per study) yeah it's quite a good way to get your information. Also most people I think won't read a full science article about such a topic. Here is a small snippet out of one: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20234038

Everybody is on roids in this niche. It's all about the money. But lets follow the money, they wouldn't become vegan if they don't see an increase in performance/recovery, which helps them to compete better and get more money.

Wow this got hot fast, I love it. Thats such a big problem society faces right now. Losing weight has nothing to do with beign healthy at all. You could eat snickers all day long and could lose weight on such a diet.
