    I don't think most of the op was aimed at those of us who are doing; probably more for those of us who are daydreaming, in a socially scripted way, about doing. I personally use New Years for Chinese food and 3 Stooges. The other 364 days are for planning and working.

    Letting your pricing say "no, we're at capacity right now" seems to work well too, as @AgainstAllOdds recently reminded me to great effect. More in your pocket, you can still be selective with the projects you take on, less stress overall, and you're still on target for growth.
