    Viral Marketing (RACISM)

    HOT! MARKETING
I'm 99% certain he was just doing a bit of devil's advocacy for a narrow channel where op's strategy would get any traction at all. I don't believe those are his particular views. I sure hope this thread doesn't turn into a chair throwing fest where we all start infighting... and I sincerely...

I am also looking to help 3 people this month (en guarde!)

He runs a program that you can check out here: MARKETPLACE - [The Path 2.0] Who else wants to double their business this year? I wanted to pull the trigger on it this past fall, but I knew my timing wouldn't have been right with everything i had going on.

    Real Estate Technology

    EXECUTION
There's a couple of big real estate guys on here. I don't if they're vegan or not though... When i read your post, at first i was a little offended (I'm non vegan), then i laughed at myself for being offended, then i realized, i don't know enough about real estate to help whether i was...

    Viral Marketing (RACISM)

    HOT! MARKETING
There's like a hyper specific way of doing what you're talking about (think all in the family or always sunny in philadelphia), where, in theory, the audience is supposed to be laughing AT the racist/ sexist/ whateverist person. Even that lands in very controversial territory, and doesn't age...

    Manufactured/Mobile Homes OR Studio Apartment?

    REAL ESTATE
My first apartment was a studio. I really miss it sometimes. It seems to me, you never really save that much with a studio vs a 1 bed though. No experience with the trailer situation, tbh. Are you planning on buying land with no deed restrictions and popping a trailer on it, or just renting...

Where were you 10 years ago? (Jan 1 2010)

    OFF-TOPIC
10 years ago: Full time nursing student and mopping the floors of a heroin detox full time 2nd shift. 5 years ago: Call center cubicle. Cleaning up after sick heroin addicts was better than this. Today: Self employed. I like life now. I'll hold onto this as long as I can. :)

Just got fired - Time for a change!

Haha. Maybe it was. I've read socks, shoes, and in some cases pants. I think, in the bio I read in 4th grade, it was his secretary remarking he walked to work, in the rain, with no shoes, but I'm getting old and forgetful myself nowadays. :D

Stuck: hit a wall in developing my product

For me, it's sales. Hearing the notification ding on an order still gets me as excited as it did five years ago. I think a lot of people, over think their product or service, and spend forever creating it. They never put something out to market. If you get going on something, it'll give...

Stuck: hit a wall in developing my product

Ahh... I wouldn't personally, but some people here seem to swear by them. At least wait until your business profits pay for the business coach, if you're going to go that way. 2cents LinkedIn may be the answer. You can send them a message, get them on the phone, etc etc. They may be able to...

Stuck: hit a wall in developing my product

Have you looked for any freelance mechanical design engineers on LinkedIn or upwork? They should be fairly reasonable per hour, or at least not $$$$ upfront.

Just got fired - Time for a change!

What are you thinking about when you're in space on the job? I was always thinking about running my own company with my own clients. Now that I have that, I space out and make magic wands instead of doing real work.
