What is your Decisional Fallout Condition (DEFCON)?
HOT! MINDSETCool test MJ, my “negative” answers were caffeine(and weed whoops, that’s negative), 7 hours + on pointless media(mostly movies) and no retirement fund but everything is getting invested in the business lol. May I ask what the thought is behind not being able to sit still for one hour without...- PursueLiberty

I’m getting bored - Personal brand progress thread
SIDE HUSTLEHi friends, Boring businesses truly are boring lol, our plumbing company is growing great and we have a pretty large supply constraint. My only problem is cashflow… I doubted for a long time whether i’d want an investor for the business, and scale at a more rapid pace.. But I don’t want to...- PursueLiberty

HOT! CHATYeah we're looking at Valencia, I've been there on holiday once. It was nice and pretty cheap indeed, about 300 days of sun yearly. Good place to do HVAC lol- PursueLiberty

Progress of my plumbing company: Now $35K/mo...
GOLD! SCALING EXECUTIONA weird phase… I’m typing this as I’m sitting in the gym waiting for my gf to finish up, and it’s weird. Here I am, pretty secured, cash got deposited recently(for anyone who read my can’t pay the bills post). Paying bills ain’t a problem at the moment. Our project is finally starting and...- PursueLiberty

Why local businesses are failing at lead generation in 2026
MARKETINGI have +-30 keyword Google ads lists for plumbing that are just pretty niche, if I run it for €20,- a day it’s more work than we can manage. If I turn on my old broad keyword lists nothing happens, just loads of clicks… Local service ads are a great opportunity for marketing agencies.- PursueLiberty

HOT! CHATTotally agree, I see it being build and then indeed the question of @Librarian4869 , where to? Leave and start over? Join @Sirrom in Dubai and live tax free? Tough decisions even though the answer might be in plain sight... See I've thought about this a lot and I'm happy for a conversation with...- PursueLiberty

HOT! CHATI agree, I have considered moving (still am to a certain extent). But seeing how building the business to €5-10M+ will take 3 to 5 years we’ll see how this goes. How do you feel about being rich in NL? Let’s say taking a 30-50K income each month out of the BV, sounds like I can learn a thing...- PursueLiberty

HOT! CHATTrue, I should have emphasized the “fear of going bankrupt” as in not being able to pay your bills. I’m a long way before I’m in court and all my stuff gets seized, that’s the bad side of it. In about 3/4 weeks I’ll probably have more than enough money in the bank again, just need to up the...- PursueLiberty

HOT! CHATCurrently in the middle of what each book and YouTube video would describe as "the process", Win of the day: I have been accepted to rent a small studio, so I finally don't have to sleep on my brothers couch any more. Big win. Less of a win, basically unable to pay my bills. Had some system...- PursueLiberty
