    A free seo curated email, sign me up. $5 no thanks. I think your going to need to do this yourself for the first few months, and please do the emails for free, once you have a list of 100k or something you will find a way to monetise it. Making it pay monthly will mean you fail super fast tbh.

    Curated newsletters are booming atm, theres even a startup to deliver the content. Cure.at or something like that. Maybe you need to search for it. But I'm sure MailCheat(Chimp) will work fine too. Btw the curated emails I get are about saas, I read lots of great articles that I would never have found...

    Your first one needs to be crazy successful, if its just making ok money it will be your one and only business. Hopefully you have signed up a prime position, and have plans for it to really stand out in terms of design. Design can be cheap but still super cool, but takes imagination. Good luck man.

    I realise that phones are not there yet, but that's only a few years off, I would build in rfid reader into it at least for a pro version, to allow people to create entry cards to work with it. Simple encoder tp encode cards and you will have a tonn of small property owners banging down your door

    I would recommend Braintree as it can do paypal also, depends if you want to store credit cards to charge later. There may be cheaper providers who just charge the card? Braintree helps your PCI Compliance by having a secure way to give credit card details without touching your server
