Soon to be father. Work or school full time?

    PEOPLE
You have more than just those options in my opinion, but it's more or less what you want to do for the rest of your life that will support your family. Your vision/passion/purpose. For most people, you really don't need schooling to fill your role in life. But if you're the kind of guy that...

Be careful with counting on Couthsurfing, unless you're verified with a lot of refs, not many people will host you unless you're coming from a foreign country and even then, they will still flake.

    Freezing up during cold calls

It can be tough, I've done some cold calling before and I froze up on my first few calls. I found one of my problems was that when someone asked me a question I felt obliged to answer them immediately when this isn't necessarily the case. I was talking way faster than normal, breathing light and...

Are you driven by profit or are you driven by purpose?

    RANT
Great read. I still find myself looking towards dollar signs instead of a real purpose solving a problem.

    OFF-TOPIC
I'm gunna have to go with Bouncing Soul on this one, I'm gunna give a detailed explanation below for those wanting the hard facts, but electric cars pollute more than gas cars. I believe in global warming and I would like to lower our polluting ways, but as it stands that's the truth. I am only...

At least you realized that league accounts would be a waste of time and dropped it rather than continuing with the madness.. I hear a lot of buzz on importing and reselling, but I don't think there is money to be made in the market unless you find a niche that isn't super congested or bring an...

    What To Learn From Werewolves

    MINDSET
Fair enough, I was just posting my opinion, that it just depends on the group that you play with. I think it'd be a lot different dynamics if you played werewolf with a McDonald's staff vs a group of entrepreneurs

    What To Learn From Werewolves

    MINDSET
99% of the time she will be killed if the guy that called her out died that night, there is no reason why any rational person would let that go unnoticed. I'll explain It's a game of strategy and you don't know anything about anyone, but you have to kill people or else the werewolfs will...

    What To Learn From Werewolves

    MINDSET
I have played this game quite a few times and I would just like to make a random comment not pertaining to your main point. No werewolf would kill you after you said they were a werewolf, that girl would have been lynched immediately that morning after killing you. It's a game of strategy and...

Would you guys considering clothing a need with a good market?

I don't know much about the clothing business, but if I were going to get into it, I'd get into wholesale distribution of brands that have already been established, but aren't in every shelf of every store yet (if you get what I mean, they're still growing as a brand, but aren't too big). You...

STOP Paying Rent: Live For Free

    GOLD! REAL ESTATE
My friend lives practically for free and I decided to share it here for everyone. I don't know if it's the same loan type, so bear with me. This isn't going to be super comfortable living as the house isn't super nice, but it isn't in a bad neighborhood or anything. I'd say C class. He bought a...

    Just a confused Medical student.

    MINDSET
I don't know the logistics of all of this, but when I was a kid, my family practitioner owned a few offices in the area. He loved helping people and being a doctor, which he does during the day, and makes tons of extra money through employing other doctors and building doctor's offices. Sounds...
