    NOTABLE! 
    Yes. I do an 8 hour window to eat. 1-9 pm. During my non-eating window, I'm only allowed to have water, coffee (with maximum 1 shot of cream), and tea. A little bit of cream has been shown to not break the fast. However, zero sugar is allowed.

    I have trouble understanding what you mean by start my own shop. I don't imagine you mean I need to literally buy a property. I was thinking more in terms of having a small cart and carrying t-shirts around. Does that make sense or am I missing something?
