HOT! MINDSETThe plan for this year is to stop the spiral. Cut out the alcohol, weed, and junk food. Start a intense workout routine. FUNNYOne idea you might consider is to require intro (decent length) as part of the registration process. It may reduce the number of lurkers, leaches, and spammers and increase the quality of the members / forum. I t may reduce your traffic but in the long term it will increase it I suspect.- CigarMan
