USA physical address on website for a Panama based company - tax issues?

    TAXES | REGS
As re-iterated in other threads, no one on this forum in the US is legally able to give you tax advice, unless they are an attorney.

    Check out my new Kickstarter

    HOT!
This will be a cool book to read. On a side note, in the video, there was a virtual reality game playing a first person shooter. Just imagine how much weight would be lost from that game alone. Call of Duty and Battlefield are the most popular video games to date, I would play it on that.

Brands make raving lunatics. Go to a sneaker release near your house.

Please, I need help to turn around a failing business

Spencer's, Clair's and Hot Topic cater to a certain niche of people and those people aren't in vogue(read: Popular) right now. Clair's doesn't even fall in to the same category as the other two. What market did you identify? Is there a need for your store in the area? If there is already a...

Jaden Smith thoughts on school controversy

I could go on for hours about this. The school system is flawed within itself. 90% of the time they tell you that there is only one way to skin a cat. They also tell you that in order to be successful, you have to go the same route they did, go to college, get a job. A teacher got mad at me...

    The Finality Of Life

    HOT! MINDSET
I am headed in the same direction. I am losing my older sister. She is only 2 years older than I am. I found out today that she may die by the end of the week. Or she may live up to 6 months. She has 2 kids, one who doesn't even know she exists(Father's wishes, doesn't want him to go through...

General Forum Area for $Million Ideas

    IDEA
I don't remember what entrepreneur coined the term "wantrepreneur", I think it was Mark Cuban. However that topic is widely discussed all over the business side of the internet. Look it up. Wantrepreneurs focus on the ideas, wasting months before moving on to something else. It is a...

Kind of unethical IMO. Dummy ads mean you are saying you will provide xyz service and not do it. Craigslist only tells you one piece of the puzzle.

    Private: Women only

I honestly think a sub-forum for this would be nice. All though I wish for it be all read, women chat type thing. I am well aware of the purchasing power of women and would like to see their input into business without the sway of us men in the mix. I learned 90% of my business skills from...

It's actually a lot easier than you think. I break the commandments down to my personal idea of importance. This is from my opinion solely. It may be different for you. I guess a tiered level, so to speak. Tier 1 - If failed I trash the idea Need: If no one wants what you got you're...

Are you going to bypass selling on eBay first? Just wondering. As you said you product is the same or similar to the one already selling on eBay. I'd like to know your strategy on this topic. Following your progress once again :)

    Entrepreneurship - Our Line of Work...is Cut-throat.

They have an entire class dedicated to him? He was a great author and all but a whole class? Correct me if I'm wrong about it being a class. Seems ridiculous to me. Then again, it's only a 30 minute trip from here to visit his grave.

Since this is the AMA(Ask Me Anything) Section I am going to ask you a few questions. Please do be offended by them, I am looking for a specific answer from you. 1.) Have you read The Millionaire Fastlane? 2.) What prior business/start-up experience do you have? 3.) What is your process for...

My Plan - Make the Govt Pay Me

Oh god I would love to, I've done something similar but it was more liken to tandem bungee jumping. However my caveat is I like to do stuff that isn't normally possible like halo jumping where you need a complete breathing apparatus. Aside from being several hours from you and you taking FFA...

My Plan - Make the Govt Pay Me

Your demographics do not just include military personnel or high-risk civys. Look at preppers, they are the one largest consumers of tactical training and tactical goods. Also take a look at the competition within your state. If you're in one of the Carolinas,or east coast in general, your...
