    Get a decent amount of sunlight. It promotes vitamin d and calcium in some way. UV light also promotes melatonin production, which is what controls the sleep cycle. I'm a night time person without a doubt but melatonin supplements put me out at 30 minutes max.

    I disagree with the part about the bank. You need to gain a greater control of your money. You can expand the cash you have on hand if you know what you got. My problem was buying shit I didn't need. I set barriers for myself, took my card out of my wallet. Barriers are great.
