She Left a $60k Job to Freelance (with a twist)..

    NOTABLE! HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
Actually, I don't think that's a manifestation of something deeper I think that's a perfectly rational viewpoint. I'm a fan of Peterson myself and I think that he is absolutely right about that. Though I will say that due to those viewpoints in highly religious countries are the reasons that we...

She Left a $60k Job to Freelance (with a twist)..

    NOTABLE! HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
The facts are; that your wife works part-time hours to get full-time pay. That's a successful business model in my book, doesn't matter if she is in a "saturated market" or not or whether she's flipping burgers or doing OF. In response to @Prince33 I was saddened by your response to finding...

Progression of a 17 year old

    HOT! MINDSET
I definitely have some overthinking aspects to my personality which is absolutely useful in some instances. However, there are a lot of things where simply shutting that off is actually more useful. One of those things is like what @Johnny boy said. Sometimes you just have to say F*ck it and...

I will chime in on this bit. The only way I know of to overcome social anxiety is to act in spite of your anxiety. Until the fear of what you will become by not overcoming it is stronger than your fear from social anxiety, you will never conquer it... Once you have done this dozen of times...

Electric Cars - Has a tipping point been reached?

Likely we are seeing the beginning of the end for gas vehicles. In my opinion, the tipping point has already happened and most people just are not aware of the technology that is coming out in the next few years (I work at a Ford dealer by the way). By the middle of the decade, we will most...

That's some solid advice, my best friend and fiance are currently working in that field so they will be a good foot in the door when the time comes. As well as for getting opinions on what will work and what will not And awesome! I will definitely take you up on that!

The ideal (only) customer is doctors/professors working in universities across the united states. Hahaha you are right I wont go into much detail on what my plans are but it's pretty clear where to go from here. Still a little ways away from my end goal but there is a clear one in mind that I am...

Yes, actually I have about 100 more hours under my belt now (200 total). Still in the learning phase of coding currently but that is fine for what I am planning to do. I did think about some of the things that you had mentioned and have since altered my end goal with all this. I realized that my...

Reality catches up. (Rant about healthcare system)

    HOT! MINDSET RANT
I somewhat disagree with this statement. I agree that we should be grateful that we live in a country with the equipment and skills necessary to save someone from cancer. But I still think it's very sad that 20 years of savings were wiped out in 5 months to do this.

I don't think it's so much putting a price on his wife's life as it is frustration with the fact that one emergency can wipe out 20 years of hard work.

    Vent about the fastlane formula

    GOLD! HOT!
Shit buddy even if you made 100,000,000 you could still buy a yacht and a private jet. A yacht is only 4,000,000 and a jet is about the same amount. realistically you could do it with 20,000,000. Maybe not as comfortably but as long as you got a good money system going that's not out of the...

That's a good question. Right now I am gaining technical knowledge about programming so that I can build a minimum viable product to test out. When I first started I tried hacking it out with the little javascript I knew and couldn't even put training wheels on it. So just learning how to do...
