    $5000 sitting in the bank

    INVESTING
I'm sure you are aware that the money in the bank, is not yours, and it doesn't exist.. Use that money to invest in a commodity... Like learning a new skill, and buying tools... Leaning a new sport, and buying equipment.. A set of power tools or a mountain bike won't depreciate. They will rise...

    MINDSET
I get frustrated not only that my friends/family can't help me with my business... They don't even understand my business lol I know I need an elevated friend group, I know not to waste my breath explaining concepts... Not exactly sure how this translates to mindset... frustrations running a...

Welcome! What will your blog be about? Starting one is on my list too. You're making the right moves! Honestly don't waste much of your time conversing with slowlaners, they will never understand the path you are on, that's a lesson I need to practice better myself.. Remember! As an...

    The "Costanza Method" Challenge

    MINDSET
Few more cool items I did this week! -Went to my first-ever martial arts class, turns out it was a perfect time! They are down on students since it's summer, so I got a lot of 1 on 1 training. Got to train with some sticks, and got sweaty, it was great! -The sefu (owner) and assistant invited me...

    MARKETPLACE
Had my call with @LightHouse 2 weeks ago, to be honest, I had mixed feelings… however! This turned out to be a great thing… Lighthouse listened to my business problems throughly, and basically deduced my problems stemmed from my business not being a great idea, and my lack of forward progress...

    The "Costanza Method" Challenge

    MINDSET
Update! -I just had my first $1000 day yesterday! Old Ian was self-conscious about his prices, would cut deals, and under-count his hours spent. No more! Because I was going for gold, this was by far my favorite product design yet, and it really shows took me 12.5 hours. -I will be attending my...

So update! WOW Has my life improved. I love being Ian 2.0... -Instead of assuming, I decided to ASK! Personal Car dilemma

    INVESTING
As a car guy and mechanic keep the truck, you know its quirks and issues... Better than a mystery car plus it's paid off, maybe even invest some money into it. 200K is not that many miles.. Sell it before you move, get a rental. And find something in your new state.

    Help with my just-finished book

    MARKETING
I bought Allan Card’s Easy Way to stop drinking… why? Because that’s exactly what I wanted in a book. Are there better books? Maybe? But that cover sold me instantly! Ps. The book is great and it was easy ;)

    Help with my just-finished book

    MARKETING
I don't think your Book title and cover art match the contents of your book at all.. It looks like a digital art book, not at all like a guide on taming your kid's video game addiction... I would go the "Reclaiming your family life by tossing out the Game Consol" route... Or "Sick of your kid's...
