Haha, I've had moments of procrastination on sitting inventory as well. Seems like such a tedious process in the head sometimes, but in reality it takes so little effort. Happy eBaying!

I kept fees out for the sake of simplicity. I always know, and have the fees in the back of my mind. I just do the quick math in my head and if I know I'm going to be making decent profit, even with the fees, then I'm good. I'm constantly flipping items, so the speed of eBay is worth the hit...

HUSTLE your way up!!! TEENS, no more EXCUSES! EXAMPLE INCLUDED!

    SIDE HUSTLE
You're right. eBay fees can be a pain in the a$$ sometimes. I tend to not really worry about it though, because I'm constantly flipping items, and have a work income coming in. As long I keep coming out on top with profit, and see my business cash reserve growing, I'm good. Now of course...

UNSCRIPTED: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Entrepreneurship

The title of the book is perfect. Reminds me of when I used to want to be a filmmaker and hated the idea of scripts.. (I preferred shot lists) When I refused to write a script in my film class back in highschool because it wasn't the way I liked to work, my teacher called me extremely...

    I've Read The Millionaire Fastlane!

    GOLD! HOT!
I read The Millionaire Fastlane a while back. And I've also recently finished the audiobook as well. (Love the MJ narration) Excellent book which has definitely given me clarity in business and life in general. I love how I can just flip to any random page and find something of value, whether...

New Forum! New Book! (Coming Jan 10th, 2pm)

I feel you, haha. The change is a little bit overwhelming for the eyes. I know I'll get used to it though. Mobile doesn't appear to be updated yet.

How I brainwashed myself for success

    HOT! MINDSET
I think it's important to not forget about why you're doing this in the first place, and to continue to do things that you love every once in a while. What were your passions prior to wanting to go "fastlane"? For me it's photography and filmmaking. So every Sunday, I get up early so I can catch...

You're doing so great man, very inspiring. I'm 19 and havent even come close to what you have done. A word of advice, if you're not in a relationship, don't get in one right now. I've been in one for the past two years and it can take so much mental space especially when things aren't working...

Funny because I live in Florida, and I hate sunny weather and the heat. I feel like it drains me. I'd trade places with you in a heartbeat. The cold invigorates me, and I find wet, overcast days more aesthetically pleasing than the blazing sun.

How do I chase needs with zero money?

    EXECUTION
After a good couple weeks of dedicated searching, I found a good job at an e-commerce facility. They run several e-commerce sites for safer sex products (condoms, lubricants, etc.). It's not minimum wage, and it's full time! Good find... I'll be working here while using the money from the job...

How do I chase needs with zero money?

    EXECUTION
God damn, the way you put it, so blunt and objective, just clears the bullshit in my mind. I'm almost in the same situation as OP, although my skillset falls in photography/film (it's my passion, and I was going to pursue a film career before I discovered the fastlane). I can already see a...

Thanks, man. I really appreciate the advice. I guess I just get too caught up with the idea of working at a job and how dreadful it is. It really depresses me sometimes. Especially with some of the crappy a$$ warehouse jobs and call center jobs (Entry level Craiglist Jobs) I've held. I guess...
