    Helping them will help you though because solving whatever problem they have (and doing it better than anyone else) will bring you $$$$$$. Just think of it from a selfish point of view if you're struggling with getting motivated for altruistic reasons.

You can even just list the problems on this and we might be able to come up...

Just think of anything that you're naturally interested in and launch a product/service that solves a problem for that audience- I realise that's slightly vague and leaves a lot of work for you to do, but you can't expect an easy answer to something like this...
