    Hello Fastlane Members!!!

    INTRO
Welcome! the beauty field is a pretty vast market. I'd suggest reading through the gold threads here first, especially if you're going to be selling products on an e-commerce platform.

    6 Months to 6 Figures

    BOOKS
Seeing "visionary" and "game changer" in the first sentence is enough to warrant a pass on this book.

    Favorite Book of All Time

    BOOKS
TMF for sure. I've read The Four-Hour Work Week, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and am working on Think & Grow Rich. To be honest, most of the subjects in those books can be found in The Millionaire Fastlane. However, I feel @MJ DeMarco did it better. So much more informative, more...

Spot BS: Post your favorite MLM pitch...

    GOLD! EXECUTION
But, MJ! His products are probably the revolutionary compounds found in the Dead Sea! Come on! At least he didn't ask you for money to rescue the first Nigerian astronaut who's been lost in space since the 90's.

FTC To Temporarily Halt Vemma; An "Alleged" Pyramid Scheme

    OFF-TOPIC
There was a guy on Instagram a while back trying to push his new mentorship brand—or whatever he's doing—around. Skimmed through his pics and found older ones with him representing Vemma. Looked like he may have been one of the "top" guys. Then again, looks are very deceiving, especially with...

    VR will probably flop

    WEB/DIGITAL
That's actually (in my opinion) an incredible idea. Sounds way better than forcing someone to have a bucket of spiders dumped on them or being stuffed onto an extreme roller coaster.

    My Take on Self-Publishing

    PUBLISHING
having the same pictures of yourself floating around with different names would be a little odd and confusing, no? Look up Richard Bachman.

What's your Lambo? What's your WHY or PURPOSE?

    NOTABLE! CHAT
I want to be able to, someday, help a lot of people. I don't mean the obvious ways through building a business. I mean being financially well-off enough to donate huge amounts of money, help kids and good causes. Seeing the world and experiencing all that life has to offer would be nice, too. My...

Created my first game, huge success overnight

    WEB/DIGITAL
Also, the fact that your game is an "endless" style game really helps you (in my opinion). See, there is a reason why difficult games, and games that have a lot of mystery and lore behind their story get a lot of attention. I've read human minds have a need to "complete" things. Think about...

Created my first game, huge success overnight

    WEB/DIGITAL
In my opinion, I think a lot of people would enjoy a game like this. Speaking personally, in the world of modern-gaming and it's overly-polished visuals and lack of depth, the "puzzle-style" games like Tetris and like yours (even though it's not a puzzler per se) still beat all. Basically, I...

Grappling with doubts over age and situation

    HOT! MINDSET
Just read this article and it reminded me of this thread along with several others regarding stress, anxiety, doubt, fear, etc. I'm not much of a spiritual or religious guy, but the mindset of monks has always intrigued me. Explain to this guy why you're stressed. If you read through it...

Grappling with doubts over age and situation

    HOT! MINDSET
Sweet, thanks! Listening now. You sound a lot more relaxed than I imagined. I don't know why, but I always hear your posts in a Sam Elliott voice in my head edit-- just finished listening to it.. wow, crazy stuff. Can't even describe the amounts of admiration I have for you. Gonna have to...

Grappling with doubts over age and situation

    HOT! MINDSET
Your mindset and self-doubt is killing you, man. I know because I have gotten pretty heavy into depression and anxiety. Hell, even recently, I had begun having serious anxiety problems. GET HELP FOR IT. I saw a professional, years ago, and also began becoming more active and making lifestyle...

    WTF does Tai Lopez do?

    GURUS
I've watched one of his online talks before (I can't find it now, of course) and actually wanted to see it from a producer point of view rather than a consumer point of view. Noticed price justification everywhere. Hell, he even went in depth to explain the science behind the benefits of making...

    How Old Are You?

    OFF-TOPIC
I'm pretty surprised, too; I thought there were certainly more folks from an older demographic here. Something's up. Don't be bashful, guys!

    To stop being scared...

    EXECUTION
Someone I know once told me to go skydiving. "After you skydive, a lot of things won't scare you anymore." He meant it literally, of course. The way I took it is to face the things you're really scared of, you more than likely will realize they're not all that scary.

    How Old Are You?

    OFF-TOPIC
Still more interesting to watch than the recent formation of dirt we've all witnessed under the guise of reality TV and social media :D

    How Old Are You?

    OFF-TOPIC
*slaps self* can't believe I missed that.. Unfortunately, it won't let me change it since votes have been cast (I think) @Vigilante or @Andy Black is it possible to correct my brain-fart in the poll questions?
