    The safest route I can think of is ask small-medium sized buisness (and/or sole proprietorships) what their biggest pain points are in running their businesses. Offer to build a product that addresses this problem, and have them prepay for it. Outsource development and go from there.

    FYI - After the sourcing and ordering is complete, all my friend who does >$1M/yr on Amazon is receive the boxes, put labels on the stuff, rebox it, and ship it for FBA. No sure how much he'd pay to have all that done for him - although I know he pays someone to do it now.
