    Not for 20k here, but it depends on where you live, it may be possible. I would check on what the plumbing, electric etc. would be in these. Retro fitting one could be more than the container cost.

    Inventing can be a fast-lane road; unfortunately it can be incredibly complex from a venture creation standpoint and a severe resources drain if one utilizes the models of old; licensing is a good option if you have a home run product in the consumer space.
