    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
(source, Ep 334) Well, that's a Hard approach. Literally everyone around me is scared of looking at things this way (assuming it ever crossed their minds). Including me, with this exception: I'm striving to learn the opposite that you're talking about so passionately in this episode. Also I'm...

    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
Being there, done that, even if it's on a tiny scale. It seems like there's no barrier of entry for folks entering that race to the bottom. Trying to impress others using what one doesn't even have in the first place (debt as a leverage tool used for the very wrong reasons) has never being easier.

    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
I'm on my way of separating myself from that crap of things. There's no sign yet of me breaking out of that 90% easy-now, but I've accepted that it's hard to achieve what's worth the effort. The latest Choose Hard Live Easy book brought some of the greatest tools for doing so, even if it seem...

    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
Episode 336 talks about something I really liked. The idea of not flashing out with a-car-to-impress, and instead opting out for a good quality reliable vehicle that takes you, safely and reasonably comfortable, from point A to B. Also taking this idea to a wider perspective of how you approach...

    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
I'm clocking in guys as I'm starting to listen to the podcast. I did listen to some of the episodes back in 2023 when I was on my way / back from work during a tough winter days back here in my country. I remember being impressed by how different lens one can have on entrepreneurship vs how i...

I've Read The Great Rat-Race Escape!

    GOLD! HOT!
I just finished the Great Rat Race Escape. Loved the story. Eleven minutes must have been tough for the tough guy. Thank you MJ for taking time to write this book, even though you could instead do thousands of other things.

    I've Read UNSCRIPTED!

    GOLD! HOT!
Just read it, switching back and forth between paperback, ebook and audible. It's what you do when you want to finish the book really bad, no matter the circumstances. Chapter 48 was the hardest for me. And that's very good.

Microsoft Hates Us: Have You Moved To Linux? How Is It Over There?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
OP, it's been 6 mo since you've asked about possible alternatives. I'm not that interested in the MS rant thing, I was just curious, what's your eventual OS of choice now?

I've Read Choose Hard, Live Easy: The Art of War for Decision-Making!

    HOT! BOOKS
I've just finished reading it. That's not a book for a weekend. It's a workbook for a lifetime. Thank you MJ for writing it.

MJ, would you recommend jumping right to this one and stop reading your previous works until I get working with this one? I have nothing fastlane related going on atp

What book are you reading? Right now. Post up!

    NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHAT
I'm rereading the Millionaire Fastlane, finding new things I didn't see the first time or cementing in memory things worth going back to. Also slowly reading Unscripted and The Great Rat Race Escape, here and there every time I catch myself wasting moments that could be used for building my...

Would you have read the Millionaire Fastlane if MJ didn't write it?

    MARKETING
I've bought and finally (after ~5 years) read it only because it was recommended by a local online entrepreneur' video, who travels a lot. I did however read the bio around 2018 long before buying my copy thinking that's the life worth living. I remember not buying it in the first place because...

Microsoft Hates Us: Have You Moved To Linux? How Is It Over There?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Actually an old HP printer (DeskJet all-in-one I think) was the best performing one under Linux. I had to just allow the OS to show me some list of optional drivers (a long list to choose from). It resulted in great performance in everything.

Microsoft Hates Us: Have You Moved To Linux? How Is It Over There?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Also I would say this instead of the usual commends towards MS: Thank you for making us determined enough with your products, so we search for the Unix alternatives. It really doesn't have to be like we hate how things work and instead see it as a great opportunity to look for something that...

Microsoft Hates Us: Have You Moved To Linux? How Is It Over There?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
one thing i have against total transition is the partial external devices incompatibility issue. things like printers, scanners. not all function as expected. you might read reviews of something working with it, and then be surprised afterwards.

Choose Hard, Live Easy: The Art of War for Decision-Making (Release thread)

    HOT! BOOKS
I agree about the physical copies of books. I tend to comment, underline things. However still them not being mobile enough. It would be great to have 2 in 1 which no one did up until this point; at least not working good enough to be usable and affordable at the same time. I'd embark on that...
