[Progress] #AndyTalks
NOTABLE!Fantastic video @Andy Black . a lot of great advice here that i agree with 100%. Especially the part about making helping people the number #1 goal. Great idea about creating videos first so you can create audio and text easily from it as well as micro content. What app did you use to film the...- Phikey

Ecom Youtube Challenge - Building a channel with 120 videos in 120 days
GOLD! HOT!Day 14, video 14! Just hit 81 subs. 43 more than when I started. Really exciting stuff! This thing is a marathon and most people give up in the first 2 weeks. I'll still be here in 3.5 months when I hit 120 and it will all be worth it. A mega value drop today. I didn't realise how long this...- Phikey

Ideal business model to settle down with one day..
IDEAYou'll really need to speak to a lawyer or tax advisor on this sort pf thing but i would say it's less about the business type and more about the structure and where it is registered- Phikey

Why dropshipping is bullshit... (and why you should avoid it).
HOT!Yep, there’s definitely risk there with drop shipping but it should be looked at in context. Drop shipping as a long term strategy? Probably not a good idea. Importing or building the product yourself is so much better from many standpoints. But what drop shipping does allow you to do is to...- Phikey

Why dropshipping is bullshit... (and why you should avoid it).
HOT!I am 100% against the fake gurus selling the thousand dollar courses on drop shipping but the problem here is not with the business model but how these guys go about it. These guys are all competing in an incredibly competitive world and selling the same products. They have no control at all...- Phikey

Ecom Youtube Challenge - Building a channel with 120 videos in 120 days
GOLD! HOT!Day 10, video 10 ! Most of my videos so far have been quite technically focused on specific problems. I'm now also working on videos that are broader for Ecommerce that will help a lot of people with problems they are not specifically searching for. These technical videos will be great for...- Phikey

Conversion Tracking
MARKETINGYep, conversion tracking is a must!! Even if she is telling you someone converted through Google Ads, how do you know which keyword/ad/campaign converted? How do you manage bids without knowing what's converting? How do you pause keywords and add negative keywords for queries that are not...- Phikey

Ecom Youtube Challenge - Building a channel with 120 videos in 120 days
GOLD! HOT!It's recommended because it improves the CTR of the videos. I know it looks silly, I'm going to be testing out different thumbnails to see what works. I'll start with these ones and then try out other designs and see what sticks. I started with these ones because it was so easy to get started -...- Phikey

Ecom Youtube Challenge - Building a channel with 120 videos in 120 days
GOLD! HOT!Yep I agree @Andy Black I see it like going skiing. You can go once a year for a weekend or you can book a cabin next to the slopes and ski every day for 3 months. The first way (1 weekend per year) is going to result in incredibly slow progress on your skiing skills. You'll get there...- Phikey
