    Is there not an alternative way that you can get feedback from your users? Personally, I find these exit popup tools offensive. If I've made the decision to leave a website, I don't want that process interrupted. When sites use these tools, they come across as desperate and scammy.

    I use OmniFocus and love it. It is the best serious task management app that I've used (and I've tried lots, including Things, Basecamp, TeuxDeux, Workflowy, TaskPaper, Remember the Milk, Asana and numerous others).

    To a degree, yes, the basic are the same with all types of marketing. There are others here who are better suited to answer this question though... the only type of marketing I rely on is word of mouth, and that simply comes down to doing a good job and knowing how to ask for referrals.
