An introduction and an idea.
IDEAGood luck Michael and welcome to the forum. One word of caution. Starting something that has never been done before may be a little risky. Not that I am adverse to risk, but there may be a reason nobody has ever done it before - like there is not much demand for it. Try to test out your...- Windsurfer

The "Astonishing Secrets" Thread
GOLD! MINDSETI would like to apologize. I think I was the one who started all the drama on this thread when I talked about my marriage and I really didn't mean to. I was looking for some tips on how to bring my wife along into the Fastlane. As a way of payback to ICK, I would like to say I took his...- Windsurfer

Please critique my website
I understand it is still a work in progress but what hit me as I clicked on the site was that the model was a cartoon character. I'm thinking if you are making popular swim suits, or competition ones, you would want to see some models or some competitors actually wearing them. The cartoon...- Windsurfer

The "Astonishing Secrets" Thread
GOLD! MINDSETOnce again, thank you to everyone for all the great advice. My wife and I had a long talk last night about my real estate investing, and she was actually more on board than I thought. She basically said she wanted me to diligently run all the numbers and make sure what I was doing was a good...- Windsurfer

Hey Ice Cream Kid I understand where you are coming from, but I don't think I'm at that stage. We've been married 21 years and I am...- Windsurfer

Make the awesome, ideal lifestyle everybody dreams of!
IDEAI have been listening to this video as an mp3 on my way to work. It's a lot of fun. I wish I had heard it in my 20's. I'm 46 now, married, with 3 kids, so I won't be going to the clubs that often. I'm what the guy calls 'over the hill'. But I will tell you what. His advice is spot on. Eat...- Windsurfer

Living in a socialist country ? Do your math !

Lost my job, now what?
You know this gives me an idea. I have a lot of rental tenants who are always asking if they can do some work for pay. I can just put this information in a little report, give it to them and let them figure out if they have the drive to go make it happen. If they don't, well the rent is still...- Windsurfer

Anyone Flipped a Luxury Home?
REAL ESTATEPrice per square foot seems like a good indicator in the lower end homes because there is not much difference between the homes. But apparently the higher end has all kinds of variety in layout, design and fixtures, which can make a big difference in price. At least that is what I am learning.- Windsurfer
