I definitely consider Codie Sanchez as a guru. While I still subscribe to her email newsletter, I don't read it too often. This however was in her newsletter from yesterday and I thought it was pretty spot on (with the exception of suggesting that climbing the corporate ladder is some primary...

Had a similar experience today except I tried using Grok and I couldn't even get a response out of it at all.

So You’re an Elite Performer? Maybe, And Maybe Not.

    GOLD! HOT! MINDSET
I think I've come back to this thread four or five times since you posted it @MTF . It's very consoling to hear from you and other forum members that you don't have to be elite in order to succeed, and there might even be detriments to being elite. Thank you for this thread!

    Adventures in Business

    INTRO
Welcome to the forum! Is it possible to take the first steps to creating this product now? Do you 100% need to wait until you’ve finished the class you mentioned or can you start sooner rather than later? See @Andy Black ’s threads...

Thought Experiment: A New Country with the Best of All Countries?

    HOT! CHAT
True. I shouldn't have said it that way. There are many things that the Roman invented that we still use in some way, shape, or form. And people say Latin is a dead language which is very untrue. The liturgy I go to on Sundays is primarily in Latin. Ha! I'm gonna steal that if you don't mind.

Thought Experiment: A New Country with the Best of All Countries?

    HOT! CHAT
Another thought experiment that goes along the same lines: If you could create a country from the best times in history worldwide, what pieces of different countries history would you use? I kinda dabbled in this idea with my additions to @heavy_industry 's criteria. I thought about this...

Thought Experiment: A New Country with the Best of All Countries?

    HOT! CHAT
I was gonna post but @heavy_industry basically got it (except I'm not sure about the Russian girls LOL) I'd only add: Roman architecture Roman engineering Roman Infrastructure with the exception of modern HVAC systems. The Romans were cool, but not that cool (pun intended). I know the Roman...

The "extended version" of "do what you love": "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life."

What is Noah Kagan's Coffee Challenge?

    ASK THE AI
I second @Antifragile and @Andy Black even though I get Noah Kagan's point. You're going to be better at dealing with rejection via Kagan's challenge... but you will deal with rejection and become a better entrepreneur simultaneously by providing value to cafes. Makes me ponder what kind of...

    Scumbag Marketing... Share Yours...

    MARKETING
View: https://youtu.be/H2Z-FQtezCc?si=DKO7IWsW3osRFWii There’s a few instances of scumbag marketing in this video. The main one being Cadbury eggs shrinking their product and claiming that they didn’t.

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?

    GOLD! HOT! CHAT
This week has been all about getting my life together. On Tuesday my wife and I drove down to Indianapolis to the Riley Children's Hospital with our son to see a pediatric urologist. There isn't any emergency, but we learned that he needs surgery and we scheduled that for July. There are many...
