Looking forward to it! I'm somewhat of a forum newbie, but I've read some of your older threads and you give good advice.

Rucking. Carrying a backpack full of heavy stuff for long distances.

    HEALTH
Took up my favorite stave and my late grandpa’s outdoor hat this morning and did 9 miles with my friend. I had about 15 pounds in my pack. We started at my house and walked down backroads north to his house. Here’s some pictures of rural Indiana :)

My rucking update. Last night my friend and I did 4 miles on a path near my house. It was already past 9 PM and the sun had set. We would've gone farther but we were being completely assaulted by bugs lol. I've stopped going during my lunchbreak being I've opted for either an evening or early...

Walking around with a backpack on does make you feel dorky until you realize no one really cares lol. Also about the coconut water, I think that's why Body Armor is a good brand of "sports drink" if you are ever to buy any brand.

I don't know exactly how many calories I'm burning precisely. I'm calculating using the Pandolf Equation, but it's an estimate (supposedly an underestimate). I'm 6'-1", 25 years old and I've been hovering around 220 lbs for the past few years. That means that not only am I "overweight", but I'm...

    HEALTH
I'm a nerdy engineer, so of course I had to make a spreadsheet to keep track and calculate how many calories I'm burning. Here's what I've done so far. I took the weekend off because I was busy and very sore. Thursday night I went and did 3.5 miles with 30 lbs and I'll admit I had to stop a...
