    don't know to that end, but the only reason it makes sense for them to do it is because the government is subsidizing. So if I am going to suckle at the government bosom, I would rather the bosom be directly in my mouth rather than in some companies mouth and then I suckle from the company.

    from what I have seen in the past the make their money selling the tax credits and alternative energy credits while locking in slight savings for the consumer.

    min wage hurts min qualified workers. in todays market if you get high school grad for 7.25 or collage grad for 7.25, you probably pick college grad. if high school grad had the power to come in and say, I am willing to prove myself for 6 months for $4, who do you think will get hired then?
