    Has anyone tried Sugar Fasting (The Snake Diet) by Cole Robison. Basically you eat a boat load of sugar/ fructose in the morning and then the same in the evening with a small lean protein source. Supposedly it provides high energy and allows you to get shredded.

    I'm staying and working in Maroochydore, but would probably be looking to live around Caloundra as it is a little more affordable at this stage. Buderim is also quite nice but is a large suburb so definitely location dependent.
