Start-up about to Launch! Advice for marketing strategy??

    MARKETING
Thanks for the advice on Grainger! I hadn't even heard of them before you guys mentioned this. I contacted the area manager of Grainger in my city. He's arranged to meet with us plus he's given us the key contacts we'll need to get our product on the shelf in Canada! That's why I love you guys lol

Temerity's Narcissistic Thread of Blah Blah Success

Temerity, what do you currently eat? I'm no expert, but I've self-taught myself quite a bit about nutrition. Do you eat a lot of wheat (whole wheat breads, pasta, pizza, etc)? Wheat products will build quite a bit of visceral fat around your organs, the main symptoms being man-boobs and a...

    MARKETING
Hey guys, I have a progress thread on the insiders, but I thought I'd post a new thread for this as it's a fairly important step in our business. Long story short, we are going to be selling safety apparel and we're at the final stage (testing & certifying our product) before launching. The...

    Progress Thread: Automatic Money

^^ You bet! If you read my second post I show how I came up with the idea. I kept seeing them come up when it was researching products on eBay to test. Would've been a great market to get established in before they came on the rise.

    Progress Thread: Automatic Money

UPDATE: It's been about a month since I got my test package in. It was great experience, but I won't be pursuing this product further. The product I did a test on and imported was Portable Vaporizer Pens. I wanted to see how the whole process worked and I got what I wanted out of the...

POLL: Help deciding on company Logo!

I respect and appreciate the feedback. We have spent about 1 hour deciding the logo and many hundreds of hours, thousands of dollars, and research and execution on the product. In no way did I state this is a crucial part of our progress on the journey.

POLL: Help deciding on company Logo!

We're in the process of putting the textiles through a few tests that need to be done. Once they have the stamp of approval we have a pre-order of 300 units waiting from a smaller company. We have numerous other companies from a previous trade show in Canada here awaiting approval to make orders...

POLL: Help deciding on company Logo!

My partners have asked not to reveal a lot of info about the brand but here is an explanation of number 2: The _______ brand represents safety and durability. The extension of the 'P' over the 'W' symbolizes protection, and the bold, strong letters symbolize the durability of the products.

I've become one of three partners in a business startup. The product has yet to launch as there are a few tests that need to be passed(that have a great chance of passing). Once the tests pass, we have one of the top 5 largest suppliers of this type product in Canada waiting to order a large...
