The 2016 Fastlane Summit (Tickets, Dates, Etc.)

    MEETUPS
Looks like this year is shaping up to have a more prominent RE investor presence than last year. I buy-fix-hold multi-family residential units for steady cashflow.

How I spend $50 per MONTH on GROCERIES

    HOT! MINDSET
Great food is one of the best investments. It can give you more time (live longer) and save you tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars later on medical bills. I spend a lot on quality food. I have way more energy to get shit done, my brain is sharper, and I'm in great shape. IMO--though I...

Real Estate Investors What Do You Think?

    REAL ESTATE
Get in touch with a great Realtor who has multiple investment properties himself and helps out investor clients. Get pre-approved for financing and let the Realtor know what you've been approved up to and what you're looking at achieving. By showing him you're serious and giving defined...

Fastlane Bookstore, sufficient knowledge, take action!

I'll try and answer this... I'll assume that you meant if you were to read every book in the fastlane bookstore, would this give you enough knowledge to become a millionaire. One answer is yes, it could. Another answer though is, without reading any of the books in the fastlane bookstore you...

Real Estate Investors What Do You Think?

    REAL ESTATE
It really would depend on where you're living in my opinion. Where I live (BC, Canada) there's not much opportunity for fix-and-flips and the rental market is strong with less than 1% vacancy rate, so buy and hold is where it's at. I'm not looking for a loan though ;)

    What to do with 30k

    LANDFILL
I went out, made sacrifices and took action. I quit my 100k/year, 30 hour per week job w/ benefits to network with them with no guarantees (only made 30k my first year working alongside them). It sounds like you're not willing to do the hard work though from your replies. What I would do with...

    What to do with 30k

    LANDFILL
What ventures excite you? I was excited about Real Estate investing but had no clue where to start so I quit my job, became a Realtor to work beside investors, bought properties with guidance from my investor circle and hit "financial freedom" in a little over two years. Your first step may...

What's your job ? What do you do?

    HOT!
My slowlane job is being a Realtor selling residential real estate. I get paid quite well and can work when I want, but still "slowlane".

Can I just mention how awful this job market is?

    NOTABLE!
I started down my fastlane path at 20yrs old (about 8 years ago) when I was told by a mentor that I should get into sales because of the life-long skills I would develop and the unlimited potential. I took his advice. After 2 months and about 5k in credit card debt later I would find myself at...

Can I just mention how awful this job market is?

    NOTABLE!
This "Fastlane" thing is pretty hard isn't it? I tried it a couple times too and it didn't work so now I'm gonna go back to my old mindset because it feels more comfortable.

Buying condos with hard money loan

Have to disagree with this. There's a difference between good debt and bad debt. Especially when we're talking Real Estate... Do you have any other options? I'd really exhaust all of your other options before you take a loan on interest rates that high. Have you been to banks? Talked with a...

24 Years old: QUIT six-figure Job, Launched two Businesses, Over $25M+ Sales

    GOLD!
Congrats on your success! Great progress and so far an awesome year. I've chosen acquiring cashflowing rental properties as my "fastlane" and though it can be more of a slow-play, I feel it's an amazing way to grow wealth with little time investment (of course this is after you have the...

Total Noob -- Need some help with Blogging

    PUBLISHING
Thanks! I'm not starting the blog with "make money" in mind. I would, however, like to set my blog up from the start so that I can monetize it in the future. I started the blog to provide great content to my clients (I'm a Realtor) about investing in Real Estate, and also to force me to learn...
