    Hola from corpus christi Texas

Welcome. I used to live on North Padre Island. In fact, they turned my backyard from a beautiful golf course into a parking lot for the new water park. I thought Corpus had kind of a weird business community. I don't know exactly what was off about it, but it wasn't like any other city I'd ever...

Bist Stuck At The Moment Just Need Some Basic Income Ideas?

    IDEA
I was told that this wasn't a good idea. Something about the US laws concerning debt privacy.

Two things for you: First, subscribe to this thread to join us for San Diego specific Fastlane Meetups and News. Secondly, the author of One Simple Idea got his introduction to licensing by being approached by a distributor who licensed his plush animal designs when he was young. The book is...

    2013 Tax Tips and Guidelines

    TAXES | REGS
Anyone have any experience writing off travel expenses? I'm visiting my hometown over the holidays and will also be checking in with my biggest client. What's the extent of my airfare, travel, and lodging that I can count towards the business. ALSO, we should all assume that no one is giving...

Just Purchased a Dropshipping Company - Goals & Plans

Am I right in thinking that the site's success was due to spammy search tactics and that it was penalized by Google in May '12? Are you going to pursue SEO again or are you going to go with a paid traffic source this time?

What happens when no one wants your leads?

I have to admit, I always thought of marketing vacation homes as a crowded market ever since HomeAway did it's superbowl ad and IPO'd, TripAdvisor started Flipkey, and a million copycats sprung up. I'm actually really excited to see you're having so much initial success. Every day I learn more...

Welcome. Seems like you should choose one or the other when it comes to Forex vs RE instead of dividing your focus.

    Dominos Online Checkout Experience

I'll admit, we eat Dominos more than we should. They have free delivery with ShopRunner, so sometimes it's just too convenient not to order it. Maybe there is a lesson in that.

    Job choices

    MINDSET
Personally, I'd rather work part time in my career field than work as a bartender. Money vs energy wise, that makes the most sense to me.

    SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
I don't know what kind of Adwords experience you have, but you might consider hiring someone off elance to do that for you too. Adwords can have a huge and expensive learning curve.

Submitting to Tech / Comp blogs

    MARKETING
You could try starting out contacting less popular blogs, then, after they post, you go to slightly more popular blogs and say "Check out this post that this other blog did" and work your way up. That's the basis of the Ryan Holiday method anyway. A good podcast and transcript on that on Mixergy.

My Plan - Make the Govt Pay Me

The only reason I mention the placement was that it was bringing in a ton of people. Now I guess they were supposed to be promising placement assistance instead of placement, but it was the amount of people they were putting through the school that impressed me.

My Plan - Make the Govt Pay Me

Is there a certifying body then? I'm just asking because I remember seeing a school that was churning out security guards and then helping them find placement. Actually, this particular school that I saw was in trouble because they were promising placement, but not finding it. Besides that...
