To realise my dream I need.....

    MINDSET
Thats really true. Nothing reflects that more than the property prices of an area. Here where I am tucked away on the western coast of France. Land and property are relatively cheap. For 300,000 euros you can get yourself a very big and spacious house with swimming pool and large terrain. But...

Good reference to the Millionaire Fastlane Book you made there! :) I need one lump sum of 400,000 euros or $500,000 to do what I love and have a comfortable ongoing income and reward motivation. Seems like there are alot of people that see $10,000 per month as their freedom.

Exactly! Thats where allot of the fun is at imo (not that I know what the feeling of succeeding big time is like). But I think I can perhaps compare it to the feeling you get before you buy something you have been waiting a long time to get. The best moment is just before you make the purchase...

No, he was not local. From the UK. He owns an events organising business. He said that he has a small portfolio of properties that he rents and doing something in France was something that appealed to him. I assumed that he did not like my project enough for the following reasons a) did not...

I know, I know! I have got a van that I use to carry my tools around in. I was going to sell it to finance my website but I ended up getting a bank loan. Thank god! Its a great little run arround for my work. This is exactly the type of small van I have. It is small but it has a towbar and is...

I am a builder, I spent 2 years doing an apprentership in France and then another 2 years getting an advanced qualification. I am in my 7th year and have never been out of work for one day. Here is a photo of the job that I am at, at the moment. I have been working on these apparments since...

Your right! I just want to find a quicker way to obtain an amount of money to start building as opposed to getting financing. I can afford small loans to develop websites but to get a loan to start a big build is another matter entirely. If I try my absolute hardest via my websites and I...

Being 100% honest with yourself. Calculate what you need to earn your freedom to do what it is that makes you feel happy. I love building and the satisfaction that you get when you finish a job on a construction site and you see something that you have been a part of creating. Whether it is a...

A Reason NOT To Hate on Jobs

    HOT! MINDSET
I totally agree 100% with the OP! Jobs are stepping stones into the big wide world that teach people valuable skills and provide experience that cannot be bought or learned any other way. They provide the fuel to strive to do better and become fastlane for those who want it bad enough! Jobs...

Any volunteers for Tell.me test site???

    WEB/DIGITAL
Great thanks. PM sent. I've been looking at the site in French with my partner and she has pointed out some pretty big errors in the automatic translation. I was afraid that that would happen and it looks like I am going to have to get the framework of the site hand translated in various...
