Depends on what features you want and what your budget is. If you want an app that functions more akin to website then it will be cheaper. The more complicated the app the more expensive. Some options are Finding Interns / Students Fiverr / Freelancers Contractors overseas Contractors in the...

DARE might be too associated with the anti-drug movement. I know that's the first thing I think of lol.

Seems risky. Not doubting your experience, but the risk to reward doesn't make sense. And I don't think you should be adding variables to your body to solve problems, there are always consequences. Take this fat loss pill vs stop eating fastfood. Even if the pill magically worked, there...

    HOT! REAL ESTATE
After listening to the conversation it's clear they are just thinking at 2 different "levels". The conversation between Grant Cardone and Alex Hormozi was much more fluid because they are looking at billion dollar pictures. Grant's advice isn't bad, it just doesn't apply to anyone without...

Yes therapy is not a scam. But today it is being pushed as a lifestyle and for people to visit/talk to a therapist weekly. That is not what its for.

I freaking hate these accounts that post this stuff. (not the mma guy, the business one). People eat it up even though its all regurgitated content, with typos and sometimes not even something someone really said.

Considering I’m doing the same product type (physical product using a pcb) as you this is awesome! I would agree maybe a clean slate could be the way to go. My goal is to determine a price that would make the product with selling and thing continue to bring the value of the product up so that...

Great post! I agree, with these distinctions too. Only nit I think is that Reddit is both. The large subreddits are just as bad as other platforms in regard to meaningful content. If you niche down into smaller subreddits there is a massive distinction. But yeah a year ago deleted all the...

Need suggestions to reach a very specific group of people

    MARKETING
I don't think there is a good market for this. Most people would be wanting to remove watermarks from trial / free versions of content. That means you are targeting people who would rather be pinching penny's than pay anyone a dime they don't deem necessary. Not to mention this isn't super...

I find his content very refreshing. So many things out there saying there's a better way to do it, creates a rabbit hole starting out with good intentions that can lead to procrastination or doubting your strategy at every turn.

Do you still worry about a 6 week stay after reading Die With Zero? Health insurance will take care of it if you have the right policies right? Otherwise if I'm going to die in the hospital, is it worth mortgaging years of youth for a few more weeks of old and not much else. Love this guy's...
