HOT! CHATTrying to have a PCB designed, and was asking how many hours they roughly thought it would take. Apparently that's trying too much for the guy that charges $110 an hour.- doster.zach

HOT! CHATI don't think conveniences are the problem. I think it's the replacement of healthy things that we used to do. But you are right, we have to introduce discomfort artificially now because we have gotten really good at removing problems from our society.- doster.zach

As web3 tech becomes more mainstream we should start to see decentralization again. Problem is everything on...- doster.zach

New SaaS Business Model: Free vs. "Fremium" vs. Subscription Only
SAAS / APPS EXECUTION QUESTIONI would just do FREEMIUM as well. Make it so that even the FREE version is valuable and then once users are acquired, it should be natural friction to keep them from leaving. i.e. Google Drive giving free storage that once you hit the limit it's more painful to move everything than it is to pay...- doster.zach

And I understand its a double edge sword for employees. - You have more leeway, but that means your employer will probably implement standards to be more rigorous because to hold people...- doster.zach
