This is how much college costs

    HOT!
I'm against college for the most part but this argument is stupid. What happens after you get a job making 100k+ with a good degree? Then that small investment of 25k turns into a big return of hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years. Ok let's be realistic, you make 40-60k starting...

Vigilante's "Mind Your Business" Radio Show

    EXECUTION
I imagined three things -> You have a good rolodex 2 you already an audience from this forum and other sources 3 you know what it takes to be successful ^This is why I think your podcast will be successful. Mainly #3. I assume other podcasts do have rolodexs full of business leaders but...

Vigilante's "Mind Your Business" Radio Show

    EXECUTION
If this was a regular person saying they're going to start a podcast in an already crowded space (interviewing startups) with everyone doing the same exact thing and a website that looks like it was made in 2001, I would tell them to either quit or do something different. (and there would've...

Getting in to a huge untapped niche.

    EXECUTION
Seems like you're chasing $ instead of dedicating yourself to something. You've been on the forum since 2011, could you imagine if you spent all that time in one niche? Also just because you have 'study'd something for 10 years' doesn't make you good at it. I've been riding motorcycles for 5...

Update________ Good news - This company is showing all the signs of a great idea... Really exciting time, I just wish it didn't take so long to develop stuff :) We've had 1 sale everyday for the past 3 days which is good, they're monthly recurring sales and we're not exactly in the growth...

My experience (actually) launching a product

Not every product has to solve a need to work. The 'need' shit is just one formula. What need is Michael Kors solving? Rhetorical question, some stuff is just cool.

    WEB/DIGITAL
Duplicate content on forum can still damage that pages SEO w/ the link... Canonical URL is needed... I feel bad for that author :(

Do/Did You Surround Yourself With Action Takers?

    HOT! PEOPLE
Drinking can cause mistakes / problems and it's not something I would risk with someone who I had that relationship with.... But, honestly my answer doesn't matter... Judging by your other replies you're not looking for other peoples opinions, you're looking to show why you're right.

    Project Amazon- My eBook Journey

    EXECUTION
I get the sense you're proud of this.... It's definitely not something to be proud of. I read another thread that said you want to work 24/7 - Clearly you're not working hard if you're only publishing 10-12 pages books and hoping they magically become successful.

Do/Did You Surround Yourself With Action Takers?

    HOT! PEOPLE
My friends are the same ones since middle school, we've all been through everything together. One other is entrepreneurial all the rest are slow laners (about a close 10 of us). 90% support me (1-2 who just don't get it) which is cool but, at the end of the day that's not why i'm friends with...

Partnering Up vs. Outsourcing vs. Solopreneurship

    SOURCING
Everyone has their own path to success. For many it involves having a co-founder and all the top incubators in the world suggest having one. People want to help you with what have worked with them but, it might not work for you... That's for you to figure out.

Out reach is hugely important for your marketing

    MARKETING
I used to think of outreach as just a way to hopefully get a guest post in on a high ranking site, or even better if I could just get a link and do zero work while getting all the SEO benefits. EVEN better if I can automate this somehow :) Then I started taking out reach seriously and i'm now...
