Are you saying everyone but Western middle class people are concerned with issues that don't affect their daily life? Seems silly to demonize a large group of people based on a personal opinion.

Rank and Rent SEO - thoughts and resources?

I did this before but neither I nor my clients liked how my listing and website had to have a fake name. It seems shady. Another thing I don't like about this model is that Google is cracking down on it hard. They don't want fake GMB listings out there. It devalues the entire platform.

Ask Me Anything - Facebook Ads [2M+ Ad spend]

    HOT! MARKETING
What's the general flow of starting a new ad campaign for a new product or service? I've heard that you have to test ads and build audiences first. Can you please clarify the process?

    Learning while playing video games?

The cool thing about gaming addiction is that you can cure it by removing games from the environment. If they're there, you'll be triggered to play for the easy dopamine they provide. If they aren't there, then playing isn't an option so the brains jumps to the next most rewarding activity...

    Feeling depressed.

    MINDSET
You have a lot of time. Everything doesn't have to happen at once. It sounds like you're in a decent place and you've learned some lessons that will stick with you for life. Figuring out what kind of people to be around and which ones to avoid is hugely valuable, especially early in life. You...

    Books for 75Hard

A Man's Search for Meaning was my favorite. It's about finding meaning in suffering which is totally relevant when walking in the snow/rain at 5am. The book is about being in an internment camps during the Holocaust so it makes 75 Hard seem like a nice walk in the park on a sunny day when...

Picked up about 100lb of beans and rice and enough canned food to last us a couple months. Costco was extremely busy but most people were just normal shopping. There are foodservice stores around here. That's where I got the 50lb bag of pinto beans. Also filled up the gas tanks. Things are...

The 75 Hard Challenge + Live Hard by Andy Frisella (2020 version)

    HOT! MINDSET
I listened to the whole podcast again just to make sure. They do not specify that combining 2 45 minute workouts disqualifies you. The only specification is that 45 minutes must be outside. That's it. At 24 minutes he even says it's not about the physical aspect. It's about mental toughness...

    Alarming inner quality

    MINDSET
This video will help you understand where your upper and lower tolerances are for things. The biggest insight I gleaned was that "How you do one thing is how you do everything. The way I got around this problem was to take on more responsibility. I have so much stuff to do that putting things...

Day 1 just beginning. 45 minute hill walk. My dog loves it. 25% water down and going to read and take progress pic before I get ready for work! The hardest part will be not drinking when I go see Tool next week. Forgot about that!

I'm giving away copies of Unscripted to folks I meet

I gave a copy of both books to all the kids in my family. I think 1 read them so it was 100% worth it.

One thing that made me struggle last time I did 75 Hard was not being specific about diet. It's important to draw clear lines between what is acceptable and what isn't. If you have to use your discretion every meal then you will eventually fail because you know you bent the rules for yourself...

Why not? If that's so, then what is the minimum time there needs to be between the two workouts? That wasn't defined by Frisella so I believe it counts.

Last time I did 75hard I could be found walking around the track with a book in my hand haha. For those that are wanting to do this for the first time, one of the most common reasons people fail is because they try to track everything I'm their head. Get a notebook and write down your check...

    Website feedback

    MARKETING
After building websites, building funnels, advertising, and doing all sorts of other online marketing things for a few years I can safely say that it all takes effort and time to learn. If your attitude is taking the easy way out so you can avoid taking the time to learn a platform, you're...

    Does anyone write business plans?

2 years into business and I'm now writing what might be considered a business plan. To most people in this forum a business plan is "something one should do before they start a business." To me, at this point in my career, a business plan is exactly that, a plan. I can write one now because I...

Advanced Marketer can't get online job.

    MINDSET
Upwork is a numbers game on the outbound. I had to submit 15 apps to get one conversation. Inbound was different. I found that I got a lot of requests when I specialized in something that isn't super common like Googly Tag Manager setup. Copy needs to be you focused and use language directly...
