Rucking. Carrying a backpack full of heavy stuff for long distances.
HEALTHYo K, I have been using a pogostick lately, the cardio is sick! I recommend using it to get around the street and run errands on, just a great cardio workout This post is satire, I do not in fact get around town on a pogostick- GPM

HOT! CHATI saw this on a Decoy Voice video someone sent me, then searched for the full video to see it all. Not sure where he saw it, probably reddit or twitter is my guess, but I guess wherever the original post was he included that info. Unfortunately he did not also include it on the youtube video.- GPM

HOT! CHATI had no idea. I am so out of the loop now! I always enjoyed the videos of these successes, the first time I watched them "catch" the rocket absolutely blew my mind. The times we live in!! I would absolutely love to take my kids down to see a rocket launch in person. I think that could have a...- GPM

HOT! CHATWeekend has been amazing. Garage sailing with the family this morning, Then the kids and my wife went to a kids birthday party and I went for a mountain bike. Mowed the lawn, cooked up a half KG of ribeye and half a kg of sirloin and ate them both myself. Lining up some stuff to knock out of...- GPM

HOT! CHAT@Antifragile way to drop that you went to lunch with Chip lol. I think RE in Canada is safe as long as we have these big government shills running the show. They want the Canadian population to reach like 100m in short order. That population isn't coming from making more babies! Government...- GPM

HEALTHI like the idea of sand. I threw 5lb steel plates into my backpack and my wife makes fun of me, she says it sounds like a bag full of kitchen dishes clanging around. It gets really annoying after a few minutes.- GPM

HOT! CHATI think another way to look at this is that most 9th graders read at a 7 year old level! Also, congrats on raising a kick butt kid!!!!!!!!!! That is AMAZING about the reading level. Super cool. I am continually telling my kids that being a proficient reader is literally the most important skill...- GPM

HOT! CHATTo all the parents of young ones on here who care about health, what sort of foods are you feeding your kids for lunches and stuff? I am on a two-meal-a-day plan that works wonders for me, but it is not practical for the rest of the family. I don't want to fill my kids full of bread and seed...- GPM

HOT! CHATI always enjoyed the people on roadways in Mexico significantly more than here. In Canada they just bother you are ask for stuff. In Mexico they do useful things like bring you food and snacks, perform juggling or other things, or wash the bird poop off your window (and always ask first). There...- GPM
