Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency Discussion (And Predictions)
HOT! CRYPTO CHATI just found out that the RCMP stole TradeOgre. A non KYC platform I used to use pretty often. I would do lots of trades there, and mine random shit-coins to when I did not want to make a wallet on my own computer for fear of it being spyware. I actually had a few coins on there still that I...- GPM

Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency Discussion (And Predictions)
HOT! CRYPTO CHATWhat is interesting to me this cycle is that GPU mining has yet to be profitable. Even alts were wildly profitable to mine in the last cycle (completely ignoring ETH). Anyone who pays more than like $0.05 for electricity right now is barely above break even, and chasing whatever random thing...- GPM

HOT! CHATGot any extra? I'd love fancy napkins for my glovebox! I always take the extra restaurant napkins for my vehicles. They would just be throwing them on the dirty dishes and then in the trash otherwise, I might as well make good use of them!- GPM

HOT! CHAT@Antifragile I think we have a misunderstanding. I don't helicopter my kids, or other kids. I am 100% for kids hurting themselves and learning that way through trying and failing. I am the parent that will gear their kids up with elbow pads and helmets so that the next time they smash into the...- GPM

HOT! CHATGood vs. Evil. Do not allow evil to be celebrated as virtue. Just because someone tells you something is a good thing does not make it so. Production or theft? Life or death? Truth or deceit? Love or apathy? The world is in some serious 1984 levels of shit right now. If you need to look to...- GPM

HOT! CHAT@Kak calls me a communist almost every day. If I don't get my morning communist message I worry about his health. I think it's not really a "left vs. right". One side is Budweiser, one is bud light. Are they really any different? They are both poor imitations of beer that are nearly identical...- GPM

HOT! CHATI guess I am now the father figure for kids at parks who's father's can't be bothered to play with their kids. Literally 100% of the time I go to the park or somewhere with my kids I end up playing with every kid there. I swing on the monkey bars, hoist kids up to the tall climbing sections...- GPM

HOT! CHAT@biophase what are you doing for biking in the late fall or winter? Do you even do it? My season is about to end, and I really want to extend it this year. I figure if I can do a trip a month and keep it up through winter I should maintain the majority of my cardio and legs through those crap...- GPM

HOT! CHATThe wife and kids went out, so I just threw Dunkirk on. This theater still blows me away, the sound quality is on another level with these speakers. My couch literally shakes.- GPM

HOT! CHATOne of my goals for the year is to record 12 songs. I am mostly there! I have written 9 songs so far, have a few that I wrote when I was a kid and recently dug up again that I need to learn how to play again and finish them. I can make it! They need some bass guitar, only two of them have...- GPM

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Random Chat Thread...
CHAT - AI -This makes me sad because AI is pretty universally trash from what I have tried to get it to help me with. I have also seen that "google answer engine" spit out a word-for-word post from Reddit that had poor information. I recently tried to get it to help me duplicate my NAS, and the best ways...- GPM

HOT! CHATI think the issue @Antifragile is that a lot of young people are told that they can't. So they believe it. They are given no real responsibility in life, so never develop. Look at kids who have had hard lives. Kids who are orphaned at like 5 years old. By 7 they are somehow earning a living...- GPM
