I've Done Absolutely Nothing for 365 Days, But Killed It After...

    GOLD! MINDSET FTE
Never heard of that method before. I sometimes use a legal pad ... during an interview ... in the courtroom ... writing big reminder notes for the following morning ... things like that. But outside of those contexts ... I try to avoid paper. My law office is (99%) paperless by design.

$10,000 in the bank. What is the best way to invest to jumpstart into the fastlane?

Innovate on a shoestring. That $10k in the bank can do wonders for your sanity. You want to maintain a cushion. Don't blow through it all on your first idea. There is going to be a learning curve. Conserve your resources.

Has the discraced pitch man hurt the franchise?

    OFF-TOPIC
I doubt it. The whole Jared thing is not "Subway's" fault. If I'm hungry ... "Jared" ain't stopping me from going to Subway. (The Atkins Diet, on the other hand ...)

What if you could live at the Starbucks in say...Scottsdale.

    OFF-TOPIC
No. And hell no. The ONLY reason I am moving to Scottsdale ... if ever ... is because I WANT to live in Scottsdale. That's it. Which (for the record) is a nice place ... but that's the only reason. I sure as hell am not going to move to Scottsdale ... just because MJ did. Moving to...

    Corporation

Odds are ... the only net result of incorporation will be a lot of unnecessary fees paid to the government and some pain in the a$$ paperwork. It is highly unlikely you will need ... or even be able to avail yourself of ... the limited liability protections that entice many to incorporate...

Would you spend your money on Virtual Sex?

    HOT!
Seriously ...??? I thought we were all living in the 21st Century here. Porn is evil ...? Porn is bad ...? I could imagine that being said by an Amish parson ... or Sister Angelica on ETWN ... but on the Fastlane Forum ...? Hard to believe. - Esquire (Proudly Corrupting Morals Since 1972)

I missed the "baby on the way" part ... Well ... that's a game changer. One word: Prison. Where you will find yourself ... if you don't start earning an income (somehow) and pay child support. I agree with @Vigilante ... time to man up. Like it or not ... your childhood is over.

Get a divorce now. Or get a divorce later. Your choice. But it is going to be a hell of a lot cheaper (emotionally, financially, or otherwise) if you get it over with now. Sounds like staying married (to her) is fundamentally incompatible with your values. 50% of marriages end in...

May I make a suggestion, Bila ...? Download a copy of "The e-Myth Revisited" (Michael Gerber) and (if you havent done so already) crank through it. Not a long book, by any means, but it talks a lot about what you are experiencing now (small business growing pains) and (more importantly) what...

    MINDSET FAILURE
Whenever a discussion arises here about the “Fear of Failure” … and how this fear is such a terrible thing … invariably … someone offers up the analogy of asking girls out on a date. One guy tries and fails … again … and again … and again … until finally … he succeeds … and lands a date. Guy...

    HOT! MINDSET
Maybe you are not "lost" ... so much as you are impatient ...? Just becuase you read TMF does not mean you have an immediate problem to solve ... or a great solution to an unmet need. You may simply need more time. Kinda like dating. Just because you want to find the perfect partner does not...
