Hi Stomp, I did everything as you suggested and got 2 logos that are good from 2 sources. They sent the source files and one opened in jpeg. The other was in Illustrator I think and it wouldn't open. Would I have to pay for an (expensive) upgrade in Adobe to get it? I want to get labels...- Wolfman
