What would you do with $250k?
INVESTING EXECUTION QUESTIONBuying another proprety in a state with higher ROI might work,also you wouldn't have to pay taxes if you did a 1031 exchange.I am not well educated in the current housing markets,but if you feel like a proprety is a good enough investment on its own,may as well use the 1031 to avoid tax.- okamndud
