Journey to the Fastlane
HOT! EXECUTIONI've been practice driving for about a year so I can drive very well, but I can't legally go out and drive alone for another year. Window cleaning? I could walk door to door with a ladder and equipment. I feel like that's a good place to start. What I'm worried about is knocking on the door of...- Venator

Journey to the Fastlane
HOT! EXECUTIONI know a guy who has a couch reselling business with his brother. His brother is like 20, and basically only does the driving. The guy is ~17, and does the restoration and everything else. I could ask my brother who has a drivers license to drive me, but he is really busy (he just graduated...- Venator

Journey to the Fastlane
HOT! EXECUTIONThank you for the advice Jobless. The thing is; I live in a village with a population of ~7000, 30-45min bus from the closest city (80,000) and like an hour from any big city. So if I provide a local service, how do I transport the equipment? The market in my village is very small. I can’t...- Venator

I'm going to wash windows for money tomorrow for the first time in my life. Any tips?
HOT! SIDE HUSTLEFind it. Become a better person. Become kind, caring, charismatic, social and take initiative. Approach strangers. I appreciate the advice. What I said was illustrative: Taking control over my own freedom. Yeah, I'll likely make enough to live wherever I want to in 2 years time when i travel...- Venator

Journey to the Fastlane
HOT! EXECUTIONWhat I have done, and why I stopped: 1. AI software (built with bubble,io): Spent at least 4-6 months building it (as a confused 15yr old witthout a clue what I was doing). Stopped because I lost faith in myself, was going to start reaching out to people and said to myself "this won't worked"...- Venator

Journey to the Fastlane
HOT! EXECUTIONFor about two years I have been jumping ships. Starting something -> not getting immediate crazy results -> quitting -> starting something else. Just like 99% of everyone else. I've seen posts of people who have spent over a decade jumping between ideas. Remaining stuck in an endless loop of...- Venator

How to work for 14+ hours a day? Calling the ones who do.
HOT! MINDSETI'm 17 rn, and this is so inspiring for me. This is exactly what I'm working towards. Right now I'm making 0k from any business, and I just started a new one. I have been jumping ships back and fourth for 2 years, and it's time I lock in on one and build momentum. Do you have a thread or...- Venator

How to work for 14+ hours a day? Calling the ones who do.
HOT! MINDSETSame here. I am not interested in business at all. I do it purely for the freedom to do what I want to do. I like working, especially on the things I love (philosophy, writing and storytelling) but work falls under the category of purpose, and that's only one out of four components of happiness...- Venator

How to work for 14+ hours a day? Calling the ones who do.
HOT! MINDSETHahahahahahha love this I think many people do not make their own definition of success. Or their own definition of the path there. This is amazing and inspiring- Venator

I'm going to wash windows for money tomorrow for the first time in my life. Any tips?
HOT! SIDE HUSTLE@piano I don't know you, I havn't read this entire thread (yet), I havn't had as much experience as you, but I relate to you. Biologically, something is wrong. Freedom + Purpose + Meaningful relationships + Health = Happiness What component are you missing? I am not even 17 yet. I'm stuck...- Venator

My History (many failures)
INTROThese two are what I as well have been stuck in. I realize it takes much longer for something to work than you think. I guess we all underestimate the Entry for our business. I will stick with what I'm currently doing, and only make small pivots. Momentum and focus is what we need. Good...- Venator

How to work for 14+ hours a day? Calling the ones who do.
HOT! MINDSETThis is mostly a note to myself, that maybe you need to hear aswell: What you lack is not crazy amount of work. What you need is patience (not jumping ship constantly - something I've done too much - or multitasking), consistency (Show up and try), FOCUS (As @MTF linked to, most of the work you...- Venator

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATI got back from Italy last night. i was amazing. As soon as I can, I am leaving Sweden. I want to create my dream life from the ground up. I'll talk more on that later, but now: how will I provide value. I started building a Saas that would automate compliancy reports for restaurants, and...- Venator

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATJust downloaded it, and there's a really noticeable difference. Gemini feels like it's not trying to come across as human as ChatGPT does. I've done a few tests, one where I acted very down and GPT: "if you have anything else you want to talk about, I'm here — not as some AI bot but as someone...- Venator

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHAT@WJK I really like that @Andy Black If that's something you need help with, I'd be happy to draft the messages for each cycle and send them over for you to tweak/send. No charge or expectation, I thought it might save you some admin time and give me more experience. I'm headed to Italy for a...- Venator

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATI'm going to Italy for a week with my family, but when i get back home - I'll get right back to working on the Saas. It's both so boring, complex, tedious and difficult but at the same time I really love it. Making much progress on it. This is just the start. I am working right now on...- Venator
