Does anyone REALLY wake up excited in the morning?

    NOTABLE! HOT!
Do you mean just in the morning? Like morning depression? Cause I have this and think it's mainly due to insomnia which I get a lot. Once I've been up for an hour or so done a workout and have a coffee I'm good to go and it passes. If it lasts the whole day I'd be worried and would look into it...

    How to overcome an addiction?

    HEALTH
Transmute. If you have an urge to masturbate use that sexual energy and put it towards something positive. Intense workouts, working on your business, lose yourself in a hobby etc. View it as energy that needs redirecting.

I’d read your progress log for sure. Interested in how you go about managing this without actually getting your hands dirty.

@Stargazer She’s just finished her last GCSE exams, she doesn’t know what she wants to do yet and says she might take a year out. I’m actually paying her over double the minimum wage for her age so she’s saying that she’s not that bothered about doing an apprentice if I have plenty of work for...

Welcome to the forum. Definitely agree that women come and go. Impressing one might get you started but long term it's gotta be about impressing yourself.

Took around £700 this week so far. Still waiting on some payments to come through and have like £200 of AirBnB work booked in for tomorrow. So I might just hit my first £1k week. I also didn't work on Wednesday which is a plus. About two weeks ago I had a car accident and my vehicle is a right...

Congratulations! Sounds like you've learnt a lot and made some good money this year. Could you be more specific regarding general contracting, what is it exactly that you do? Do you have a progress thread at all?

Good stuff man. Keep going. People willing to pay £750 for a days work is a very good sign. If you find out a way to make it recurring you could be onto a winner here. The margins are far better than where I'm at right now. Might have to cop a jet wash myself!

    HOT! EXECUTION
Took on first employee this week who is the daughter of one of my customers. She's been helping me out with the AirBnB work I've been doing. The AirBnB cleans can only really be done after 11am unless they check out early - and usually have to be done by 3pm. On my own I can only really manage 2...

@2dads Buddy sorry for late response. I f*cked up pretty bad, had a relapse from end of Feb until about a week ago when I got myself straight again. I didn't feel able to respond until now. During this time I did keep working, but as you can imagine I wasn't exactly firing an all cylinders...

Yeah so this is kind've what I do but I haven't specifically dealt with estate agents yet just landlords and tenants which is fine but not that much repeat. I guess it 's worth just speaking to them. I'm still trying to build regular ones as well though for like 16-18hr just fill 40hrs. I...

No problem. No I didn’t have any prior experience with cleaning pretty much just dived in. I’ve always been able to clean well though, I am a quite ocd. With Bark I got results straight away I’ve only bought one set of leads so far on there so the return on investment has been pretty good...
