    The beginning

    STORY
Hey Momo, looking forward to seeing your progress. DMing 60+ people is a great start. Get one of them to pay you before you even build would be the best start! Lot's of people will say they're happy to test, then they won't respond when you follow up, then you've spent weeks building something...

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I was an early adopter of AI and am by far the biggest AI user in my team of devs at work. I very rarely write my own code anymore, only when the context is too difficult to get AI to understand and it's simpler for me to just write it, or in most...

Hey Ryden, welcome. You're doing great! Read through some of the Gold threads in this forum, there's plenty there that'll align with youself (this one comes to mind). You've find a niche, you sold 1600 products, double down and grow that I say. Find new ways of engagements, experiment with paid...

Yeah with family + using it on the TV, I can definitely see the value of getting a family Premium package. I totally forgot the free TV experience in my rant haha. The different channels for yourself is actually really interesting, I'm going to go ahead and do that. Too often I watch some good...

The home feed primarily, showing me the same things I've watched or the same suggested videos for multiple weeks in a row, some random video with 5 views. Watch 1 thing and your feed is totally full of that same thing. Awful clickbait thumbnails and titles. Gating highest quality streaming to...

I think the "Enshittification" of software/businesses in general these days is leading to great opportunities for us smaller guys to get a slice of the market. We can all think of multiple examples of services/products that were better just 5/10 years ago. When did YouTube get so bad?! I miss...

Am I growing too fast? NEED HELP

    GOLD! SCALING EXECUTION
What an inspiring thread. I love the simple humble origins of it, you simply found a product that the market was looking for, sold it effectively and now you're living the life. Those growth numbers are insane. Huge congrats!

    MINDSET
I want to give you some encouragement here. You're 18! The fact that you've sold something at 18 puts you miles ahead of many people. Wasting time gaming? Myself and those same friends were playing games deep into our 20s, staying up til 3, waking at 12, working dead end jobs at supermarkets...

You're totally right. I used to spend far too much time in those comments, and sometimes still do, it used to be a real weakness of mine. Learning to just ignore the crap and get on with my life has saved me a lot of time and stress.

The British love to complain it's one of the few things we're competitive at in the 21st century. The UK subreddits is an unreal place, its like complain to the power of infinity. Scary place. And yet for how much I despise reddit, I met my soon to be fiancée on it  I've asked her many...

    Homeschooling Chat Thread

    HOT! CHAT
I think home schooling is only going to become more popular as the years go, and I think most people in this community will appreciate it more than most. I don't have kids yet but I would certainly prefer to home school them if I have the resources.

How are you guys beating the social media addiction?

    HOT! MINDSET
I did the same as Andy and Wiseguy, delete the apps from your phone. Sign out of them from your desktop pcs and laptops. Make it HARD to access. The fact that I have to log into Facebook on the same laptop I work on has worked for me, I just don't use it. 7 hours of screen time is bad. It's...

    HOT! - AI -
I was ahead of the curve with AI but have perhaps fallen behind. @Dark Water you seem like an expert in this area, would you mind telling me what I'm missing by just simply using VSCode, with Copilot using Claude. I haven't felt any need to move on from this. I have tight control over the work...

    INTRO
Yes! I loved it there, definitely want to go back. Yeah I appreciate it was a hard question to answer, it's still a multi billion dollar market so there is of course still room for good business! I'm not too sure about this sorry!
