Bad idea or bad execution? A BJJ resource...

    FEEDBACK
Probably both. Before starting a business you need to validate the need. Do people need BJJ seminars? How do you know? Are 5000 people in your country are searching for BJJ seminars or 5000 people in your city? Before calling something a business you need to know how it’s going to make you...

    Scaling my car detailing business

    HOT! EXECUTION
Done. Nowadays I just do 1 local job that's >15 min drive from my house and my minimum price is $175. My average job profit is $225 and it takes me 3.5 hours to do everything including driving to and from the job location. I'm in high school still and have my own teenage life going on but most...

    HOT! EXECUTION
Fully booked right now making on average $350 per day with $100 Facebook ad spend every day. I leave early in the morning every day, skip meals, skip gym, skip fun, and get home at 9pm. I'm making the most money I've ever made but this is not sustainable at all and I'm basically just working a...

I travelled to Quebec to attend a French summer school this month. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. I was in a whole new province, living by myself for the first time, with 400 teenagers from all over Canada that I’ve never met. I bonded with a group of guys here, met some lovely...

For the first 12 days of May I made over 3.1k profit which is INSANE. The most I ever made in a whole month before is under 3k. But then my mom was furious at me and took my car away so I have no way to go to the jobs. I have $200 scheduled today, $375 for tomorrow, $200 for Friday, and $200...

I never thought I’d encounter a Mobile Dog Gym business in my life. People don’t even go to the gym themselves but then they pay for a MOBILE gym for their dog when they can just throw them in the yard instead. This is inspiring because it means that there’s so much money out there that...

    INTRO
I'm guessing you get paid a good wage as an electrician but the problem is that your money is linked to your time so there is a limit on your freedom and on how much you can make. It's all just math: Hourly electrician: $40/hour x 8 hours/day = $320/day The complete maximum you can make in a...

You’re thinking way too much. Nope. That can come later. Focus on getting 1 job THIS WEEK and you’ll be 10x better off. Easy. Start marketing to validate the idea and only buy equipment once you get bookings. Same here for me. My city gets like 30 searches a month for mobile car detailing...
